Good value of money. Closer to bus stop where you can easily reach to the RER B train station or Airport. O'Parinor shopping mall is about 21 minutes walk or 2 bus stops.

Average breakfast. Little run down hotel. Water pressure was low in the bathroom. Little problem to communicate with the staff in English. We didn't get hand towels. Rubbish was not taken for 2 days.

It's a friendly staff. They helped us with baby cot. You can park your car with no worries in the night. Nice place

Staff in the restaurant for breakfast was not so organized. Too many people in one time for breakfast, not comfortable to stay and wait for food. Many noises after 10:00, not so good for a family with small baby of 6 moths old.

I did not like the fact that their was no fridge in the room, it was a shame that the maximum people in a room was 3 and we were a family of 4. Therefore we have to pay for 2 rooms and didn't enjoy family time together.

location is far from centre of Paris , the entrance of hotel car park is not organised and the security guy at the kiosk doesn’t care about facilitating the process of cars getting in and out and I needed to drive around obstructions to find my way out of car park while the guard was watching carelessly .

I loved the staff, to be honest, they are amazing from the time we walked in they did everything they could to make us comfortable and welcome. The only thing is I did not know about you have to wear a mask everywhere and you need a covid pass to have with you always. I could not remember the lady and gentleman there were very helpful and all the credit goes to them. The rest is just fine as I could not speak French so that is a big problem if don't. I can recommend this hotel but if you want to have breakfast just book it with the room is much cheaper, I wanted to try and is very poor the breakfast and it cost me 11.50 euros which do not include anything hot. Anyway, I was just 2 days and did not have enough time to spend inside the room but is quite comfortable and large.

Wish you had shuttle service to Oparidor and the train station. Naturally at a reasonable fare cheaper than the taxi.

Check in staff was verry friendly would like to thank ms. ROSALIE wich was at the check in and checked in verry swiftly

Room needs a renovation, the Airconditioner was not working. Was provided with a stand fan instead.

The hotel was OK for the price

Accessibility to the center was a big problem , especially as we don't come with a car
