I like the location. Train and tram station are at 2 minutes walk. The hotel is almost new and the spacious studios are modern and functional with a really comfortable king size bed The staff is very helpful and friendly. There was a minor problem in my room and they took care if it right away !! It's my second stay in this hotel and I'm looking forward to come back !!

My room was orientated to the back of the hotel facing a constraction site, which was at times a little noisy during the day.

The location turned out to be good due to mass transit available. Staff was very kind and professional. Location is across from Train station with a lot of mass transit around.

Spent quite a bit of money doing laundry as dryer was not working properly. Breakfast is pricey at $16 Euros. Added an additional night stay and the rate was extremely high. Way overpriced for location and what I paid for the prior seven days. Took some of the pleasentness out of my experience.

I logged on to Netflix on the TV in my room and could not work out how to log out. The man from reception came to my room to show me how to do it. Great service!

At walking distance to the trainstation, easy access!! We had an apartmment, which was fully equiped and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. I would surely come back!

Convenience and design. Good Kitchen equipment from SMEG Milano. Hotel is new, only 1 year old. Good lighting. Not darkness like in another hotels. The closeness to the Central Station and public transport stops.

Conditions from the hotel: after payement for all staying days in advance you must pay extra deposit : 150 € and garbage collection after staying. Additional payment if you need a change of linen and towels, cleaning.

Modern and comfortable studio with airco and separate toilet, delicious breakfast with fresh juice, possibility to park the car safely in a car park in front of the hotel (Parking Gares, easy to reserve before arrival via Effia).

Had to wait 30 minutes for the room with young children, checked-in at 18:00. They should change check-out to 10:00 instead of 12:00 so that all rooms are cleaned on time.

Building and room very clean and modern. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had in all our European travels. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean room, comfortable beds, size of the room, proximity to train station and attractions. Staff is amazing, helpful, thanks for them to keeping my luggage after check out which allowed me to walk around city without carrying my stuff. WiFi is fast and stable.

The Appartment was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The Hotel is located close to the shopping center "Les docks" with restaurants. It is also close to the beach (around 20min walk and less than 10min by tram). The tramway is opposite the hotel. There is a grocery shop "Carrefour" at about 5min walk. The parking is close to the hotel and at reasonable price for 1 week (21€).

Not much. But it would be great to have some cleaning accessories (soap, sponge, towel) in the kitchen.

The room and the structure is really nice, new and well maintained. Everything is clean. The staff is really nice and friendly in particular G. (Big guy) at reception, was very polite , helpful and kind with us. Highly recommended
