We only had the one night as we were traveling South to Spain. The lady on the desk was very informative and helpful to us as we must have looked like drowned rats as the weather was extremely wet and we were traveling by motorcycle. We had secure parking in the garage for our m/c. The room was warm and spacious with a good size bed. The bar area and restaurant were pleasant enough. The breakfast was of good quality. Good hotel.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Free parking with lots of space—three lots. Restaurant on site serving lunch and dinner—decent food. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Located very near main sites via skort walk.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - couldn't have been better! Hotel in a brilliant location, and with ample car parking. Breakfasts were copious and delicious.

Exactly as you would expect from a major chain hotel. Fairly modern, handy location, easy walk into the city centre and close to attractions. Good sized clean room. Chargable private car park although the reception team accommodated my motorcycle in the garage without charge which was really appreciated. I would be happy to stay again.

The hotel has free parking and wifi. The layout was easy and practically especially for my husband who is disabled and wheelchair user. The best thing was the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered some nice simple selection of meals and breakfast was good with some nice options.

The wheelchair accessible bedroom was basic and could of done with some more arm support especially in the bathroom. It has a bath tub which you could sit on and turn into. But would be very tricky to do on your own without support. A flat walk in shower room (wet room) would be more accessible.

Hotel close to town centre with good parking, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We had our evening meal at the hotel & the food was top quality & not expensive.
