Everything! ALL the staff were excellent, friendly yet professional, courteous and welcoming. At check in we were greeted and shown to our room and our case was delivered within a couple of minutes. While we were checking in our car was parked for us very efficiently and without any fuss. Dinner was superb. The quality of the food, drinks and above all the service was excellent. We were pleased to have chosen this hotel for a special celebration. Check out was very smooth and our car was brought round without delay. If you are looking for a hotel in Le Touquet which values its guests and demonstrates above expected efficiency and courtesy, this is the place to stay.

Nothing!!!

The hotel was spotless, and the decor was so classy. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was really comfortable and clean.

On arrival, I was asked for credit card details. I had already paid my room. They wanted to hold the details for any other purchases. I was told it was just details, no money would be taken. I expected a 0 balance when asked for my pin. I queried the amount shown and was told again that nothing will come off your card. They took €512 off my card and had it pending in my account for 5 days. (We were only there 2, so still pending at home) This meant that my credit card was near my spending limit, as we did not spend that amount in the bar, or mini bar!!!! I wonder if this is just British customers this is done to? I have stayed at many Belgian and French hotels of a high standard, and none have held money on a card before.

It’s a very Grand Hotel, steeped in history. Aesthetically it looks incredible, and it’s situated close to all the shops and restaurants. It’s approximately a 10 minute walk to the Beach. If driving here you are met by valet parking. The staff are all very helpful and accommodating.

I thought the breakfast buffet was not worth the money. The Bar is very expensive too, although the quality is high in terms of service & nibbles with your drinks, and the area is very classy, so would suggest it’s probably worth having a drink before bed or before an evening out.

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms and very comfortable bed. Great place to spend a holiday with children! The swimming pool is excellent. All the hotel staff are very polite and helpful and the breakfast is fabulous.

everything was perfect

We have stayed at Le Westminster a few times now and it will always be our first choice of where to stay in the area. The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are clean & comfortable. Decor attractive & tasteful and facilities excellent. We enjoy sitting in the Bar for evening drinks. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and the many restaurants. The hotel provides good, secure parking which is important to us as we are usually travelling with a full car.

Would like fresh berries at breakfast....strawberries, raspberries, blueberries?? That is the only thing I can think of to change because we are always very happy with our stays.

the renovated hotel is great - room was superbly comfortable and plenty of room even though it was one of the less expensive rooms. More than adequate. Bathroom excellent. Bar comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional

it is such a shame that the renovation didn't address the spa area. Pool is very small, and gloomy and badly ventilated. lack of seating. we stayed there for 10 minutes

Hotel was grand and beautiful. Our room was outstanding and facilities in the hotel were amazing. The breakfast was great and split into 3 sections, cooked breakfast, continental breakfast and then bread/toast and pastries etc. Room was ready on arrival and we were not made to wait until 3pm! We went with friends and they gave us connecting rooms which worked really well.

We didn't find much to do here. There is a beach within walking distance and plenty of shops, including designer brands and bars and restaurants, however this would work if you were looking for a relaxing stay.

Just a very nice luxurious hotel with good facilities, pleasant staff, and very comfortable. Added bonus was the car could be parked and the hotel was only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town. Additionally, we could have brought our dog with us (although we didn't on this occasion). The restaurant looked excellent and we wished we'd eaten there instead of having a really poor meal in town.

We didn't really find anything to complain about - we were only staying for one night and the hotel suited our needs for that night.

Great setting and clean

Refurbished in 2019, I feel the soul has been taken out of the place! Plastic windows, poorly made panelling attempting to replicate the original.. when will the European’s learn that ‘new’ isn’t better ! Time and time again I’m seeing this insensitive designers and architects destroying the atmospheres of our beautiful heritage..lost forever. Idiots …

This hotel was just perfect. Our room was large and extremely comfortable. Plenty of parking inside gates so very secure. View over the quay, which also made the hotel easy to find and a great location for exploring Troyes. Breakfast which is included was plentiful and fresh. Michelle & Bruno the owners go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. We had a nightmare with lost passports and they were extremely helpful when we were stressed out! ( we had to stay extra nights ) I thoroughly recommend this hotel and will book again next time we are in Troyes.
