Great choice for breakfast and everything spotless - lovely big bedrooms and en-suites.

The other couple who travelled with us left a charger in their bedroom but they didn’t receive any message or call. My husband got a message but didn’t know what the message was and didn’t want to open it as thought it might be a scam. We had to come back to the hotel anyway as our luggage was left there as we had a late flight. Staff couldn’t give us the charger as it was locked away 🙄 and they had no access. Such a pity when we had advised them we were coming back for luggage. We were to sign up to a link and pay €14 to have it posted home - much cheaper to buy one- can’t understand why they didn’t have access to same. Apart from that everything perfect.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The staff were great and friendly during check-in and check-out. The free parking was a great plus. The breakfast options is small but it's all fresh, we were not hungry after leaving.

This is by no means a negative review of the hotel, but for future guests Google maps might suggest you take a dirt road to reach the hotel. We had a fully loaded car so it did scrape at some moments, but otherwise we loved our stay. We would recommend this place to everyone.

Great welcome really helpful young staff. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Dog was welcomed. Snack food was slow to come but very tasty and saved having to go out after a looooong journey. Breakfast good too. Excellent overnight stop and quickly back on to m'way (usefully advised to go before 8am).

Putting aside horrendous traffic due to an accident ( do not plan to arrive during rush hour!). Took another 30 mins to find hotel, eventually by chance. Sat Nav does not accept Rue du Marcel Street address and Google maps does not show route correctly either. Informed staff who said it needs correcting on Google maps. Think Bkg.com needs to sort that too.

Staff very nice, plenty of parking available. Quiet and good for 1 night stay when driving across France. Nice options for beakfast.

Middle of a residential neighbourhood with a lot of security. Although I appreciate that I could feel safe with all of the security features (barrier and secured car park with access code and bars around and on top, lift access only with room card, etc), this also made me feel I was on a very dangerous area. But everything was fine.

•Safe parking • extremely sympathetic, helpful staff • very comfortable bed • great shower • new bathroom suite • kettle, iron & ironing board and hair dryer provided • cool, efficient & silent air conditioning- although a/c has to be requested at reception • quite adequate continental style breakfast.

One of the reasons for booking this hotel was because it was advertised as “no pets allowed”. This was confirmed at the hotel itself with, I quote “PETS - this hotel welcomes and accept guide dogs only”. The latter being displayed on their page on the room’s tv. Despite all the foregoing, I saw a guest check-in with a dog that was most certainly not a guide dog.

The hotel is really comfortable and clean and the breakfast is good.

When I arrived at the reception, I said my name to the receptionist and she said there was no booking with my name. I got a bit nervous for a few seconds, and I showed her my booking reference, which was correct. After a few minutes, she said that she had found my booking. She should have checked more carefully before saying that there were no bookings with my name.

The hotel has excellent rooms, great beds, and spacious, which is all you need for a comfortable stay. The property has easy access and parking; breakfast is also very good and included in the rate. Excellent Wifi.

The location is good, but of course, it's not in town. You need a car to move around since public transport is not very close to access. However I would stay here again since the hotel was great value for money.

Staff was excellent, kind and supportive. The lady at the front desk even called us after we left for a city walk just to advice us on public transportation strike announced in the news at that moment (highly appreciated). The hotel was conveniently located for an overnight on our way to Spain (not too close to the city centre but with good public transportation connectivity). Hotel facilities were brand new, comfortable beds, room amenities, parking secure (fenced are besides the main building on the view of the hotel staff in the front desk) and a more than decent breakfast included in the price. All in all, good value for money.

Staff were all very polite, friendly, willing to assist, and professional. Cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast was varied and plentiful even at the end of service. Room was light, airy, very spacious, very clean, well furnished and comfortable. There was a kettle with mugs, an iron and board and a good hairdryer. There is a small safe. We used the snack menu for two pizzas at 1.30am as we’d not eaten due to a concert, very efficient service. Parking is ample and secure. Location is quiet on the whole. We would return here.

Small negative in that unfortunately our safe didn’t work and although the staff were on to it, we had to leave to go to our concert. Another thing to bear in mind is that if you arrive back late then there will be no parking, sadly mainly due to selfish people who park badly? in two spaces.

Staff, staff, staff. From the cleaners to the front of the house to the restaurant - they were all genuine, helpful, and polite. Good sized modern bedroom. The shower was brilliant. Breakfast was good and the staff were vigilant and kept everything topped up. The other guests were professional and quiet. Security was good for both cars and people. A no hassle pleasant stay.

Signs to help drivers find the hotel as GPS had me going around in circles. It didn't have a tram stop nearby so it meant I drove to the Arena for a concert.
