The hotel was well located off the motorway. The man on the desk was super helpful and directed us to the tram stop, where we caught a cheap tram into the centre of Bordeaux for dinner. The room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. There was a food truck in the car park serving a variety of food. The breakfast in the morning was basic but filling and set us up for our onward journey. We like the Ibis brand, as we know what we are getting. Good value for money, clean and a comfortable night's sleep.

We had no towels in our room and had to ask a few times to get some. The guy on the desk appeared to be on his own and was rushed off his feet with all the people checking in. The problem was rectified.

Very convenient position just off the motorway. We were travelling through France on our way to Portugal. The hotel has secure parking and was overall good value for money.

If there's a downside to this hotel, it is the fact that there didn't seem to be any eating out options within walking distance, but there is a vending machine selling hot pizzas in the car park and some people seemed to getting food delivered. We just took some of our own food, so not really a problem.

Hotel staff is one of a kind! Best possible service ever. Since the very first moment we got a smile in our face. We were even sad to leave because we were so happy there. We even got a problem with the bathroom door and they happily moved us to another room in a few seconds. Whenever we travel from Spain to Geneva or back is a must stop! Oh, and the pizza machine from the parking it’s stunning, better than some restaurants!

We missed our connection in London and arrived at 2 a.m. the gentleman who let us in was lovely. The rooms were comfortable, stylish and very clean. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the fabulous indoor market, a buzzing location but a very quiet, peaceful and tranquil hotel. I will definitely stay here again! Great value.

Cannot say a bad thing about it.

Being just for one night, the requirements are different than for a week but this place was one of the best ibis I've been to. The location seems a bit hidden but it is close to the highway without impacting the noise. We did not have breakfast but it was served early in the morning. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Parking in onsite and with a closed gate but limited and there is a pizza machine in the parking lot! Will come back if I am closeby.

Again, just for a night, I guess that there are no negative points do specify. The fact that our 2 rooms were a bit apart could be one of them but that was not a huge problem.

Great location for going north as you avoid the traffic jam in the mornings. Room basic but fine for overnight .We arrived very late pm/early am but still had a very efficient and warm welcome from the receptionist . Bed was comfortable, water hot. No smell of smoke which is good for non smokers and unusual in France. Non smoking room

Could do with more plugs, only power points in bathroom or over headboard. Toilet seat broken. Floor covering looked a little burnt and marked

The staff was the best: friendly, available, committed. That compensates largely the rather simple, frugal facilities. The pizza-machine outside was an happy surprise (we arrived late and were not willing to go somewhere to eat). Perfect for staying one night along the route.

Excellent site with a great location. Excellent relation quality/ price.

Cleanning could be better and we did not find the lift, when we arrived... maybe we were too sleepy when we arrived.

The property was very secure as we were traveling by Motorbike, the room spacious and the staff went above and beyond. The evening reception on even managed to accommodate my request for a room overlooking my motorbike. the morning reception was friendly and happy, it makes all the difference. This was the best IBIS we stayed in on Tour out of 4 so far.

pillows to flat, this seems to be standard across IBIs, this is something the company should look at.

Convenient location, just off motorway. Very pleasant, helpful welcome. The room was very clean, of a good size with large comfortable bed, excellent shower and good WiFi. This is the second time we have stayed here and would use again.

A chair rather than a stool by the small table would be more comfortable.
