The staff at the reception desk were excellent! Unfortunately, I cannot remember their names (Dalila?Chab? Sorry I cannot remember…) but the lady upon our arrival and the gentleman upon our departure were really amazing! Welcoming, friendly, helpful and 100% professional! They deserve to be recognised for their excellent customer service :) The accommodation was really good value, clean, tidy, and quiet for great sleep. Perfect location for a stop over in Marseille with the essential parking space! Thank you both!

No dislikes - everything was great!

The proprietor was extremely friendly and spoke exceptional English. Checking in and out was very easy, and the family suite was set up perfectly for our family of four. It was a quiet location, and the sofa bed was large and comfortable, so happy we chose to stay here.

The air con units were a bit noisy, but didn't stop us from sleeping, and they worked REALLY well! It's amazing to turn up at a hotel in a sweltering heatwave and find that the room is already lovely and cool. The children didn't want to leave!

Reception staff when we checked in was polite, funny and engaging. Free tea, coffee and water in the lobby. Nice roof deck and ground floor terrace. Powerful hot shower. Full kitchen with all the utensils. Air-conditioning.

Toilet in a separate room. No English speaking news channel on TV. My allergies increased every night that I stayed in the room and subsided slightly when I left 🤷🏽. Uncomfortable pillow.

It's a very nice studio close to the centre of the city, clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also provide a laundry service which is very convenient.

The only disadvantage is that the hotel has just one elevator and during the checkout hours it gets very busy and you have to wait longer to take the lift.

Nice and central close to the metro line which made it useful to get to vieux port. Clean and kitchenette was well stocked. 24hr reception and AC helped massively in Marseille heat.

Rooms were cleaned every 3 days which was fine but would have been nicer if it was more frequent. No other complaints.

The location was great! The property is older but is clean. The room was very comfortable for two people, we slept well as the room was very quiet. Above all was the staff. Very helpful & kind. Especially the young lady who checked us in. Very good value for Marseille

Very good hotel on better price then some in the very center, nevertheless excellent location, frequent metro, only 2 stops to vieux port, clean room with small kitchen, nice feeling to open the fridge and to have cool rose, painted in white, and blue, a lot of light. And a big, clean comfortable toilet next to the reception, very comfortable on the last day after the check out when I returned to take my luggage

Nice to have the extra space of an apartment. They had free coffee in the lobby and some nice space if you wanted to hang out there or outside. Nice balcony too. Good value.

A bit rundown and the area is so so, though convenient via metro to travel around.

We loved our lovely cool (A/C!) room - a decent size with a comfy 6ft wide bed, table and chairs, large wardrobe & kitchenette. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony, and while that didn't have any particular view, it was great for evenings or mornings having breakfast or a drink when the weather was cooler (we visited late July 2022, during the heatwave!).

Could have stocked it with a chopping board, olive oil for cooking and a couple of spare toilet rolls, but in general we had everything we needed and were very pleased.

Very kind and customer friendly staff that knows what they are doing. Spacious balcony and room. Fully functioning kitchen, and located in ear the square where many metros, trams and busses leave. Moreover, in the citadines you have access to the lobby with free coffee and the roof terrace.

The dishwasher didnt really clean the dishes, we had to rinse them.
