I was very surprised by the hotel, I loved all the sitting areas, the garden and the pool and the on-site restaurant. My kids enjoyed the garden area and the pool. Though there are lots of areas that require improvements. The location was really good. I like the reception area, the most.

The hotel could have been a bit cleaner, and there are a lot of areas that needs to be maintained, either cleaned properly or repaired. The house keeping team could improve on a few things, especially how they handle towels and bed linens etc.

Location right beside the No1 bus stop for travel into the centre of Bordeaux. Also, when the tram line to the airport is finished (?) it will run right by the hotel. Also handy for the airport. Helpful, friendly staff. Swimming pool a big bonus as are the very relaxing gardens.

The restaurant food and drink is slightly over-priced and service is included in the bill. We prefer to add service ourselves. Overall though, the quality of the food was OK. The exterior of the actual hotel building around the gardens is in much need of a clean - the paintwork is very dirty.

The staff were brilliant. The lady at reception who checked us in was amazing, so friendly, helpful and professional. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good breakfast.

Maybe keep the bar open a bit later for residents? 10pm is quite early to close.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. Reception open 24 hrs. They helped us book taxis and made our very short stay very comfortable. The location was close enough to the airport but it's hardly noticeable. The garden and swimming pool areas were comfortable and relaxing and enjoyable areas for a relaxing afternoon. The room was a bit tight for space but with the sofabed folded and used only for the night it was comfortable.

Long corridor to get to the room but this was a very minor point.

really good except useless for getting a taxi to airport at 4am. we stayed there because it’s an airport hotel so that was a poor show . Great hotel . restaurant too expensive. staff friendly but they need to understand they are an airport hotel and need to be on top of that. My partner thankfully speaks French so eased the taxi problem but if you’re an English speaker it’ll be hassle but you’ll get there. all in all great place just need to understand the taxi bit!

Loved this place - it was really reasonably priced and lovely and quirky and chill. Breakfast was great tons of choices - kids enjoyed the pool. There is volleyball and table table tennis etc - a really nice vibe to the place - didn’t feel like an airport hotel at all.

Room was great, staff were exceptionally friendly, breakfast was lovely and the gardens we lovely. Great for a stop off after a late flight before heading into the city for our accommodation

Hotel was located in an excellent spot to travel to city centre or airport. The new tram stop was right outside hotel. Staff very pleasant and spoke English. Room had air conditioning. Parking was great

Good location very near the airport, right next to a tram stop. Great breakfast and lovely outdoor space with pool, games and seating.

Not much in the immediate vicinity in the way of shops, but supermarket 1 tram stop away

Liked the pool which was very clean. The fact that a restaurant is linked to the hotel.The breakfast was great. The eco feel corresponds to our ethics.

Didnot like the fact the car park was not shut at night.
