The room was spacious. My husband was able to store his mobility scooter in the room and still have plenty of room to move about. It was very close to Metz city Center. All within a 10 minute drive. The staff was very friendly. They were excited to see my pet, a ferret, and was very accommodating for her needs, even if she surprised/scared the housekeeper! Once the housekeeper realized that my ferret would not harm her all was well. The dinner we had at Valley Green (?) was very delicious but also very expensive. Ate there only once, but enjoyed it.

The price of food and drinks. €16 for breakfast is a bit steep. We went to another restaurant instead had an excellent breakfast for two and paid half the price. I bought a small bottle of Coke and a small bottle of tea at the bar and it cost €9! After that purchase I went to a gas station and bought larger bottles of the above for €8.

Pleasant reception - quick and clear check in - pleasant room which makes you feel comfortable at once , we had a very good sleep after a nice meal in the restaurant where the people are pleasant and easy in welcoming you into the restaurant ( slightly understaffed maybe ?? ) Breakfast was more then enough with a wide range of cereals and warm foods and drinks. Excellent service ! More then enough parking space outside. one can feel immediatly the positive attitude of the team working at the Hotel , pleasant experience !

we used this as a stop over on a journey from Italy to Calais. Location was OK for that purpose but I think a little way out, in a commercial zone if it was used for sightseeing. a golf club adjacent to the hotel my have been a pleasant area to walk. The evening menu was very limited but we enjoyed our meal.

none of the staff wore uniform which made them difficult to identify. The carpet in our room was badly stained which I found unacceptable for the room rate. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was an extra cost. it was pleasantly laid out buffet style and offered the usual selection but cutlery was in short supply, particularly spoons which we had to ask for and were not easily produced.

Nice large Aircon room. Very comfortable beds. Good facilities in room. Dog friendly. Nice location on golf course and woods. Friendly staff. Would we stay again? Yes definitely. Would we eat evening meal again? No.

No snacks/meal available at bar or restaurant in the afternoon until 7pm (odd for a 4* Hotel). Unfortunately cocktail and evening meal disappointment.

We arrived late and the staff were lovely and welcoming and held the restaurant open for us. They also provided a bowl of water for our dog in the restaurant. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a wide choice including a brilliant automatic pancake making machine.

Not the most beautiful surroundings because you are basically in a business park but the hotel and its garden are fine and tranquil. It’s easy to find and there are transport links into town. I would definitely stay here again if I were travelling through the area.

Travelling from London to Italy so wanted a place to break the journey. Hotel only 2 mins off motorway. Room and bed comfortable. Restaurant v good. Did the job perfectly. Staff excellent. On an industrial complex but we knew that and just needed a place to sleep. It was brill for that.

Staff in dining room was uninterested, food in restaurant was average. The electric loading stations were available, but marked with pylons: so we thought they were out of order. Ask the reception if you want to use them.

Great location with free parking and with the addition of the bus stop just a 2 minute walk away to get into the centre of Metz. Rooms very spacious and clean. Lovely bar area and not too expensive.

Breakfast area didn't appear to be big enough for the amount of rooms. I understand that because of Covid, everything was pre-portioned on the breakfast buffet, however, maybe the bread could be cut to order, we went to breakfast late and inevitably the bread was stale. Only 1 bath towel provided in the room, however, wasn't an issue to request another.

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Made the stay much more enjoyable. Restaurant was good value for money, and food was good . Location was easy to find and ample parking. Room was excellent in size and had everything we needed

Going through refurb so may have been reason for slightly shabby plant on landing and state of "designer" chair in room. But this is being really critical and in no way took away from the excellence of the overall experience

The room was dusty in places and so was the couch we used at dinner. One of the bulbs needed replacing in the bathroom. The top of the kettle was broken and the stitching of the chair in the bedroom was split.
