I spent two nights at the hotel and had an overall good experience. The continental breakfast buffet was excellent, ensuring a great start to the day. There are plenty of spots available to park the car. The hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile, making you feel very welcome. One of the standout features was the free bus service to Mont-Saint-Michel. This added a lot of value to our stay, as it made visiting the famous landmark free and enjoyable. If not, you can enjoy a 30-minute walk to reach the place, while enjoying the amazing view. Overall: delightful stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Parking the car is a bit too expensive.

Room was nice and quirky; bed comfortable and a nice view from the window. Close to the entry road to Mont St Michel itself which is served by buses. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety. Overall, a great stopover.

A word of caution for drivers. Message from the hotel implies that you park your car outside the main enclave and take a shuttle to the hotel. A code for the barrier is texted the day before arrival. Correction: stop at the barrier, punch the code into the shorter of the two machines, drive on up the road to the Gabriel and park.

Getting access to the area in which the hotel was located was tricky. You needed to get a code which was not supplied before we arrived. There were further problems with the access gate when we had to leave the site in the evening. Also there was no restaurant in the hotel despite the hotel description and because other restaurants in the vicinity had no space we were forced to leave the area in the evening and face the problems with the access gate.

Probably the most comfortable bed I have experienced in France.. I find most beds to be too firm for me. The staff is amazing. The shower has ample room and the pressure was appreciated. The location, across from the shuttle was convenient, but we opted to walk to Mont-Saint-Michel. Very dog friendly as well!

Mont-Saint-Michel is very overrated. During the day the crowds are stifling and unbearable. I recommend visiting after 18:00. Mont-Saint-Michel is stunning from the outside but very lacking upon entry and within. I realize this is not the fault of the hotel, but it is also the reason to stay in the hotel.

Super convenient location - easily able to visit Mont Saint Michel at night (as well as in the day). Friendly, helpful staff. Very family-friendly hotel. Unique room design and decor. All four family members able to stay in the same room, but 'loft' (reached by ladder) provided some privacy for parents. Able to leave luggage and car at hotel after checking out while exploring Mont Saint Michel.

Navigating to the hotel by car (through the various parking areas) was more challenging than expected. Room was a little small.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They booked a dinner reservation for us in the evening. The room was clean.

We weren't informed about the barrier to enter Mont St.Michel, and you needed a 6-digit code. This I should have been emailed. Lucky we met a very helpful french man who told me I had the wrong number for the hotel, he found the correct one and called it for me. All this was booked with Booking.com. Maybe in the future I will check phone numbers!!!

The hotel is very easy to find as there's not many in Mont Saint-Michel. I booked a room which includs breakfast, the breakfast is simple but you get everything you need of course, coffee, toasts, fruits etc. Staffs were very friendly, and also helpful with my questions. And right accross the hotel, you will find the bus stop for you to get to the Mont Saint-Michel, very pratical :)

The Hotel was VERY (!) close to Le Mont Saint Michel - you can see it if you just walk about 100 m from the hotel. Furthermore we loved the breakfast - this was really great! And one more thing: you can use the shuttle busses that go to Le Mont Saint Michel for free and the bus station is directly at the other side of the street.

The room was from our perspective a little bit too small. But as we just stayed at it during the night we were fine with it.

Great location, 2 minute walk to shuttle bus stop for Mt St Michel. Restaurants within easy walking distance were open late (we were there late September and restaurants still open 9:00 pm.) We had a car and parking was easy. FRIENDLY and helpful hotel staff!! Clean bathroom. Only drawback is that hotel is not air-conditioned and we were on first floor so leaving window/door open all night was not possible, plus the gnats. I imagine it can get quite warm during the summer months. We were comfortable though being it was late September when we stayed.

The hotel gave great instructions on how to get to the hotel and parking was really easy. The room was nice and clean. We especially loved the bathroom, it was small but really functional and the shower floor was anti slip which is essential when bathing children. The beds were very comfortable and the tea and coffee station was great. We also had breakfast at the hotel which was quite nice. The hotel is wonderfully situated to restaurants and mont st michele. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to travel to and from mont St michele. We would easily stay here again

The room was hot as there was no air conditioning. We wouldve opened the windows but there were lots of sparrows nesting and weren't sure if they would fly into the room 🤣 The stairs leading up to the double bed in the loft part of the room were very tricky to get up and down as they were very narrow. We decided to sleep in the single beds on the lower floor where the cot was, so we didn't risk falling down the stairs in the middle of the night. The beds were great though and it was cooler on the lower level so it didn't ruin our stay.
