Breakfast variety suited us perfectly and easy to find tasty items. Staff were very professional and friendly particularly at check in as the payment from booking co had not been passed on in time - handled very well, full marks. We have stayed in Ibis Moans Sartoux before and found it to be excellent having travelled from Ireland by car.

Absolutely nothing - it was perfect in every way. Very Happy !

We had a short stay in Mouans Sartoux and we enjoyed our stay at the Ibis. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, 15 min by foot from the Musee International de la Parfumerie and 7 min by foot from the town main square, where there are many restaurants. We enjoyed the facilities at the hotel: free parking, pool. Thank you to the staff for a warm welcome!

Everything was fine. Very comfortable and clean. Really nice staff.

I ordered dinner my first night. Not good. I felt like the lasagne had been sitting in the refrigerator for a couple of years. Also, they had no connection with a local laundry or dry cleaning place. I had to arrange that on my own.

Comfortable big bed, and very clean room. The shower was good too. Being able to check in anytime suited us as we arrived late. Really good location for the village and train.

The room had mismatched lightbulbs and very bright lights. It is a basic room but comfortable overall.

First of all I would like to thank Julia, the lady at the reception desk. Without her efforts and customer care I would probably have slept under a bridge. Due to a misunderstanding with "Booking", my reservation was cancelled for overbooking. I have to admit that I was rather aggressive, but she managed to keep calm and was very helpful. In the end I could sleep at Ibis. As for the hotel: absolutely clean, big room, not so big bathroom but large enough, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast consisting of fresh food.

Both hotel and Car Park were of high order - that's all that's need to enjoy.

An alarm sounded I think about 3 or 4 am and we all had to start running. Two ladies were comimg up the stairs and told people that all was ok - no fire or anything . Thought that staff should have been mor hands on even to explain in the morning.

Service and location near highway. Restaurants nearby in the town for dinner. Very easy parking.

Toilets are flight cabin type with small shower. Although they are good enough for a shower for your stop and go trip. First room smelled ugly but after complaining they provided a new room.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Situated right next to the TER station which makes it very convenient in terms of transport. 5 minutes away by foot from Mouans-Sartoux center and 20 mins away from Cannes by TER. The place is very calm despite being located next to a TER station.

The pool was lovely and the staff were so friendly and the room was very clean. Great air con too!

Could’ve done with a few more loungers at the pool.
