Location: Very very close to train and bus stations. Quick walk to centre of historic old town. Cleanliness: very clean. Bed comfortable. Water hot. Air-con efficient. Room: bigger than expected in a small hotel, high ceilings, doors to tiny balcony. Road was not noisy. Bathroom: small but had everything, including toiletries, and no mould or smell- very clean. Staff: cheerful, helpful, multilingual, even carried our suitcases for us. Price: very reasonable and included breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent! The Front Desk Team of Ulanda and Christian were exceptional in their service and warm welcome! In addition, Christian, went ‘beyond’ all service expectations by personally assisting (and carrying) our luggage to the nearby Train Station. He then returned 15 minutes later to ensure our (very heavy) suitcases were safely stowed aboard. He undertook this extraordinary service with such a positive, professional and upbeat attitude! Our stay at the “Will’s Hotel” will be long and fondly remembered. We will definitely recommend this charming hotel to friends in both Canada as well as in France!

This is a friendly family-run hotel, in a charming old house, well-situated for the train station. We arrived on an early train and were able to book in and leave our luggage. When we returned at 5pm our (heavy) rucksacks were up in the room waiting for us. Most importantly we slept very well up under the eaves.

More sockets in the room for charging phones etc. Bathrooms are bijou, something of a throwback to my distant youth, but charming in their own way!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't even remember when anyone brought my suitcase upstairs, but they did. The building is quite old, but refurbished. It has big rooms with all the needed amenities. Breakfast was buffet style with everything we needed.

The neighbourhood is not the best and not near the city's attractions. Also Narbonne suffers from a bird overpopulation causing noise and filth in that area. We happened to be there when the local authorities tried to chase them away with fire crackers and BBguns until 11PM. Our car was covered in bird poo the next morning.

We enjoyed the traditional charm of this small hotel, even if it felt a bit like stepping back in time. There's no elevator but the innkeeper was happy to help carry bags up the staircase. Breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of fresh breads, fruits, cheeses and coffee. An easy walk from the train station.

The decor could use a little updating or freshening, in keeping with the traditional feel.

The en suite was obviously an add on with it being an old building, as was expected, but because of short space, elderly of mobility impaired people may find it difficult to use the en suite. This may not be the case in other rooms however

We arrived after a long car ride on a hot day and were welcomed by friendly staff who offered us early check in. The room was clean and cool, with space for our family and a great bathroom. We were close to everything we needed, with just a short walk to restaurants, a laundromat and the train station, as well as the beautiful old town areas of Narbonne. As we left early the next morning, the delightful staff put coffee in our hands and wished us a safe journey. Thank you!

Great hospitality. Very comfortable rooms, soundproofed and clean. Good breakfast. Far from the city centre but very well served by buses. Suggested for cyclists staying one or more nights in the region. Locked room for bikes on site.

Location quite far from the city centre and with just few structures nearby, mainly linked to the train station.

Very comfy room, well-situated for both the station and the old quarter, the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, the hotel and room were very clean and tidy, and the breakfast was ample, if basic.

The bathroom was very clean and tidy but, truth be told, a little small and in need of some renovation. This was really our only (very small) quibble.

It was an older hotel and everything in the room & bath was updated. The staff was very helpful. Very close to train station and everything to see in Narbonne. Staff helped us get transportation to Les Grands Buffets. Breakfast selection was very nice and reasonable price. We enjoyed everything.
