Location excellent, close to promenade, shops, train station, restaurants

A bit of a squeeze round the bed to get on to the balcony

the hotel was so lovely in a fabulous location. the check in & out times were very reasonable and the rooms were modern but still had that french flair. the hotel staff were incredible, always making an effort to greet you and Sylvie (who checked us in) was able to give us amazing recommendations for around Nice and day trips too. the hotel is affiliated with a beach club on the coast which was fuss free with lovely staff and great amenities, providing loungers, towels and umbrellas. there were showers available for once you come back from the beach even after you checked out which was great.

being a boutique hotel in a central location means it can get slightly noisy. also the breakfast was €19 per person per day which felt very expensive. we instead visited cafes & boulangeries in the area which was much better value for money.

Great location. Great staff, incredibly friendly and welcoming. The decor of the hotel is general was good, apart from some bits in the room dated. But, we weren’t there to spend hours in the room. 5mins walk to the promenade and around 10mins to A huge selection of cafés, restaurants and bars.

Not specifically about the property, but parking is a bit of a pain. If your plan is to drive to places - so leaving around 10am and return around 8pm, then you can effectively park on the street for free. But, the days you don’t, expect to pay €20+ for a secure carpark. It would be good if there would be a parking deal. However, this is minor point.

I don’t normally leave reviews but it’s hard for me to express the gratitude I have towards the staff , I had an unfortunate thing happen prior to my arrival, which altered my trip but thanks to this beautiful bunch of fabulous people. It ended up being one of my most memorable trips I’ve had . ( I’ve been traveling for eight months) , from the room to the pillows to the linen to the cleanliness, the excellent recommendations, and most of all the friendliness and kindness , . Location was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach, main dining and shopping strip and tram/train station. The hotel had a water fountain where you could refill your water bottles! Loved this initiative to prevent the use of plastic bottles, reuse the ones you have and increase hydration in such warm weather! Mike the front of house agent was a total Legend! He was so helpful and caring on our check in and provided us with information and guidance on the area. Thank you so much. We very much appreciated your time and effort!

Unfortunately our TV didn’t work. We contacted front of house who fixed it temporarily. We stayed during the Olympics and hoped to watch during our downtime.

The hotel is amazing! We enjoyed our stay a lot! The location is perfect, it’s not too crowded but it’s easy to reach the beach, city center, shops, restaurants and the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they told us everything about the town and provided us with the map. We also received a special offer for the beach (Blue Beach), which we found useful. There is a bar downstairs with a decent amount of drinks. We also liked breakfast, it was delicious. In the room there is everything for comfort staying. The hotel stuff also made a gift for us, for which we are grateful, thank you! TV have a lot of movies that you can watch

The only thing and quite important for modern life that did not meet our expectations is the Internet. The speed was less that 1 Mbps, it took minutes to process messenger (like WA), the instagram or Netflix almost didn’t work at all. If I had to work, I couldn’t.

The professional and friendly staff, especially Sylvie, made my stay truly exceptional. The hotel's prime location was convenient for exploring the area. My room was incredibly spacious, and the balcony offered a fabulous view and an abundance of sunlight, especially for February. Additionally, I appreciated the option to request breakfast in the room. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others. On top of everything, the great value for money made my experience even more satisfying. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

This is a comfortable, centrally situated hotel, with staff on hand to assist at all times of the day. The price of drinks in the bar was reasonable. Breakfast was a delight with a wide choice of hot and cold food and good coffee. Staff were helpful but their knowledge of some local facilities was lacking. The room was spacious, quiet and exceeded expectation. The weather was perfect for late November!

Oddly, the hall carpet on the third floor looked worn, stained and out of character with the standard of all other facilities. The pillows had some strange, inorganic filling. Some information from staff at reception was inaccurate re transport to air terminal and bus tours. There was not enough information on the website detailing how close the hotel was to two metro stations. Room temperature was not easily controllable.

1) We loved the location - so near to everything. A few minutes walk to the promenade, the shops, the train station and the tram stop. 2) We thought the hotel was charming and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had an exec room and had requested a twin beds, but when we arrived the room had a double bed. But it was no problem and the staff changed it to two beds straightaway. They were brilliant! 3) Lovely breakfast and service.

Only one mishap. There is a small step outside the hotel where I tripped and hurt my knee. Please take care there. I was looking up and dragging my case behind me and didn't see it!

Great location, 5 minutes to the beach, many choices of restaurants around, very friendly and helpful staffs, they are amazing. First class breakfast, Delicious breakfast with wide range of choices. Room is perfect with high ceiling, clean, spacious, big balcony, very good soundproof. Highly recommend and absolutely will be back.
