I liked the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and Julia at reception gave me added arabice on where to buy a suitcase etc.

Breakfast was a little expensive and there was a bit of noise on the first night but the staff kindly sorted it out.

Everything was perfect! We were there as my best friend's birthday present and she was amazed. From the moment we came to the hotel, the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. They offered us extra toothpaste, toothbrush, pillows, etc at no additional cost. They also gave us a clothing iron and an ironing table as per our request, which was also free of charge. When they realized that we were there for a birthday, they offered us a room upgrade (free of charge) and we could pick which view we wanted. It was mindful of them and we very much appreciated it. Another thing that was so special was that since there was leftover food from the breakfast, guests could grab croissants and pancakes to go, even though we for example didn't have breakfast included in our reservation. Upon arrival, guests are offered glass bottles that they can then fill up non-stop throughout their stay with water. Also, there is a coffee machine that guests can use whenever they want. Since we had to work remotely for a few days, we found that the space meant for that is quite comfortable and nice to work from. Metro is right there, so getting anywhere in Paris is a piece of cake, even though I would recommend walking because the whole neighborhood is so beautiful and you can feel the spirit of Paris in this area. Everything is so close and there is soooo much to see in this area. You even see the Eiffel Tower right in front of the hotel once you leave the front door. I mean, it doesn't get better than this if you ask me. All in all, it wasn't my first time in Paris, but this hotel is really a gem and I will be coming again for sure!

It can be a little noisy if you are a light sleeper, but they give you earplugs for that. As other guests have noted, the Metro is right below the hotel, but it is manageable and we slept like babies honestly. We even asked for a room facing the busy boulevard to feel the authentic hustle and bustle of Paris.

This hotel is very well positioned, it's right next to a well connected metro station that can get you to all the interest points. The area is also packed with excellent restaurants and shops. Very clean room and good breakfast. Staff was very nice and acomodating.

It can be noisy. There was a buzzing sound coming up regularly, and you can also hear the metro as the hotel is right on top of the station. Also if your room is facing the main street noise can also be an issue. The noise was, however, within my tolerance limits, but others may have issues with it.

Lovely hotel in a good location The staff were very friendly. I arrived early and not only did they take my bags but when I came back at night they had already been put in my room which was great as I had lots of luggage! I stayed an extra night and staff gave me me a good rate and next day allowed me to check out a little later for taxi. Lovely friendly staff and hotel is in a good location as I know Paris so was able to walk to areas in 10/15 mins that i wanted. Lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. Didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment.

A little noisy but not at all bad only minor and very good for a busy areas

The location was perfect! So close to Montparnasse Bienvenue which has excellent links to CDG and the rest of Paris. The neighbourhood was fantastic, lots of great restaurants and amenities. And just a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. We didn't try the breakfast as we wanted to eat out. And the room was on the small side but they really make use of the space! Plenty of room to hang clothes and a nice little bathroom. Very pleased all in all

Nothing much. It met my expectations and I thought the price was great for the location. I will be back again

Reception staff Thomas provided an excellent check-in experience, friendly, attentive and professional. I felt I had received a warm welcome.   The room was a good size but perhaps small if you had large luggage. The room was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. There was soap shampoo and conditioner toiletries in the bathroom, a hairdryer also, a kettle, cups, tea and coffee in the bedroom so there was everything I needed.  The bed was clean and comfortable and the pillows were comfortable too. I asked for a room on the back of the building so it was nice and quiet at night.  The small area with a coffee machine nearby to reception was tastefully decorated and comfortable . It provided a space for breakfast, or later in the day somewhere to sit if you wanted a coffee, or to read away from your room.  Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, near to the Metro less than 5 minutes walk. Loads of restaurants, cafes , shops and bars nearby. A good hotel, a good stay I will definitely return to stay here again.

Nice little touchs ie watering pot for balcony plant (did look a little sad so I gave it a good drink) nice sencha tea bags little fridge etc very comfortable bed, exceptionally friendly front desk staff

Doors on the 1st floor hallway are being slammed to close... Sounds like a plane is taking off every half hour but my guess is it's the rail and theres nothing that can be done for that

We were amazed by the way the room was organised despite its size. We had a baby bed provided by the hotel and the room had everything we needed. We were not expecting frigobar nor a sensitive gesture of making us feel at home and water the flower pot at the window. Staff was super kind and helpful. Breakfast also good and the location is great!

Nothing, but I need to tell others that this is a small bedrooms hotel. It is a building in a privileged location where you pay a very fair price. So expect comfort, but not much space.

A superb experience all round. The hotel is small but has everything you expect and more. Every member of staff encountered was friendly, pleasant and helpful. The hotel is close to the Metro and many great bars and restaurants including the famous Bouillon Chartier. It is rare you find a hotel as well managed as this. Congratulations to all concerned.

If there were any issues that needed attention I didn't notice because I was too busy wondering why every hotel could not be as welcoming and comfortable as this one.

Public transport super close to the hotel with links across the whole city.. good number of restaurants near by.. really nice easy check in, lady was able to accommodate us with tea/coffee while we waited for our room, same for the check out. Polite staff all across, hotel is small, but does the job for a leisure stay in Paris! courtyard room was quiet during the night. Really good WiFi!

Fragrance in the room was a bit too strong.. we had to move it to the bathroom. Aircon on our room didn’t work! :(
