Absolutely everything about this hotel was aesthetically pleasing, the hotel overextended all expectations I would highly recommend staying here. and will most definitely be back. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as magnificent as the hotel. I’ve stayed in a variety of hotels in Paris, this was most definitely my favourite hotel.

Location and staff they all were extremely friendly and helpful

Nothing personally but some may find the bathrooms claustrophobic especially when the doors are closed .. Also if you are a light sleeper you will hear the metro trains that run underneath the street. Please note this hotel has just been refurbished as of 2024 everything is new

Comfy room, well cleaned everyday . Breakfast is delicious with croissants, pain au chocolat and pain Suisse baked on site and location is wonderful, close to Metro station Europe and Saint Lazarre as well. 20 minutes walking to boulevard Haussmann where you can find Gallery Lafayette and Opéra. This is why, I re confirm the location is fantastic. The staff managing the breakfast and at the reception during the day is kind, caring and always smiling. There are restaurants and bars around close to the hotel especially for me who arrived late in the evening and I was able to have tasty diner at 11PM.

Honestly nothing considering the room rate and comfortability , the cleanliness, the location and facilities of the hotel. I loved my staying at this hotel and I'd love to comeback.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, as it’s just a short walk from the nearby subway stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of food options in the surrounding area. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, providing a nice space to relax after a long day. The breakfast was fantastic—one of the highlights of my stay. I’d especially like to commend a staff member named Julie. She’s Filipino and an amazing cook! Her meals were delicious and really made the mornings enjoyable. Overall, the hotel’s service was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

the elevators stop at mid flight of the stairs. but the staff is more than willing to assist.

The room is small but very cozy. The bedding is pleasant, with a choice of two pillows and a comfortable bed. The bathroom has all the necessary toiletries. Towels are changed and the room is cleaned daily. We didn't take breakfast, as there are many interesting and delicious cafes nearby with excellent pastries. The staff is very friendly. The price matches the quality.

Location was perfect, I was close to everything. And as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. I also loved the hotel itself, the staff, specially Julie (who always remembered how I took my morning coffee), and the room was very comfortable and always clean.

The room was a little bit small but that’s very normal for Paris. It wasn’t suffocating though, I enjoyed my stay a lot.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredible, especially Mimi, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I initially stayed here and loved it so much that, after missing my flight, I didn’t hesitate to come back. Every detail was perfect – from the cleanliness of the rooms to the warm and friendly service. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay wonderful. I liked everything

This property has just opened and all the hardware is new and clean. The location is unexpectedly convenient, in walking distance to four metro lines (2, 3, 14), the Grand Boulevards, and Boulevard Batignolles. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and grocery shops within one or two blocks of the site. Breakfast was good but you will have to pay for the quality and convenience. The rooms were adequately sized for Paris. And our room, which over looked the back courtyard was very quiet. The only noise we experienced was from neighbors in the hall and their opening and closing their doors. The bathroom was comfortable and the shower worked and had god water pressure and temperature. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Speaking English was not a problem here. I can highly recommend this clean convenient hotel.

Given the size of the room, the bathroom flap door was a bit over designed.

I loved the location. There was a wonderful boulangerie just down the street and lots of restaurants and even a grocery store on the same street. It's a quiet street, so great for sleeping. Close to a few different metros, making it super convenient. The room is small, which is typical for Paris, but well laid out. My room had a balcony which was lovely. There's a staircase up to the room (again, typical for Paris), and there was also a small elevator I was able to use for taking my bag up to my room. The walls are thin, I could hear the neighbours talking, but everyone was quiet at night time, so it wasn't an issue.

The only thing I didn't like (very minor), was I needed to make sure I closed the door properly when I left the room. It would almost close, just needed an extra little tug to shut tight and lock. staff also needed to remember to shut the door tight when leaving the room too.

Small and comfy hotel in a nice modern style. the staff was just so amazing and friendly, always calm and smiling. Coffee machine right next to the bed, which was super comfy, small French balcony and breakfast is simple but quite tasty if you have not the expectation of a 4* breakfast.

Wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything. Just my thoughts: - not really ecofriendly. Amenities in the bathroom and cups in plastic bags.. - missed some cream to the coffee.. - really not accessible for people with disabilities. Lift is always between two floors so you even have to walk some stairs to get to the elevator and when you step out some more to reach your floor. Also, the stairs are not easy to climb for people not being in a regular condition.
