Excellent location! Close to lots of shops & restaurants. Metro 2 minutes away and easy to get to all the major attractions in Paris. The staff were very helpful & always polite. Room although small was perfect for us. Very clean and the most comfort beds! Great to have a balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Even had a small view of the top of the Eiffel Tower! This is the second time I’ve stayed in Hotel Joe M and I’ll definitely be back again!

The shower is small & quite narrow, but good powerful shower and always hot water, so it really wasn’t really a problem.

The best parts about our stay was the customer service, the reception staff were all so lovely and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The area is also perfect, feels really central with loads of great restaurants, cafes and bars around, with a great train station (Grand Boulevard) right around the corner. The room was great, has everything you need and most importantly super clean. The price point feels right for the value of what you get.

The walls are a bit thin, so if you're a light sleeper perhaps expect to be woken up a few times in the night of people coming and going from their rooms, and even from next door. Wasn't a huge issue for me, but something to keep in mind. The shower is quite small, again, doesn't bother me because I'm on the smaller side but also something to keep in mind.

Loved this boutique hotel!!! What mattered most to us was the location, which turned out to be quite convenient. After walking about 10 minutes, you can reach the Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette mall. The neighborhood is lively, with many small restaurants and cafes nearby where you can dine or grab a croissant. The room was clean and comfortable. Special appreciation for the SMEG kettle!))) We also received a small chocolate gift from the hotel during Christmas, which was a lovely touch. The staff were very helpful and polite.

The sink had some issue, but it didn’t bother us much since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.

The hotel is very well located and walkable to lots of major sites (le Marais, Tuileries/Louvre, Palais Garnier, les grands magasins, Gare du Nord, etc), surrounded by cafés and restaurants (French and pan Asian) and just down the street from the famous Folies Bergère. It's also freshly decorated so a cut above most 3* hotels in Paris. Rooms are warm and comfortable, although worth paying a little extra to upsize as, even being a solo traveller and used to small Parisian hotel rooms, I would have been more comfortable with a little extra space. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

The bathroom was perfectly fine but the renovation didn't seem to extend to these, so not as nicely decorated. The door did not have an extra latch or deadbolt, which again as a solo traveller, I would definitely have preferred to make the room more secure.

The entire property has been recently renovated and is very clean with very comfortable bedrooms. The staff is very friendly, speaks multiple languages, and is very knowledgeable of surroundings and transportation for tourist attractions. The air conditioning is very efficient and quiet and you cannot hear street noise. It’s is centrally located to fine dining and very close to local transportation via Metro (train) and bus. It was very affordable!

There is one small elevator that can accommodate one person with luggage or two people comfortably but very grateful for an elevator as a person with a disability.

We’re highly recommended this hotel good location,comfortable bed, clean room everything about hotel was perfect. The hotel was complete our 3rd years celebration with a little cute note that was wonderful and I was unexpected:)

On the first day that we arrived, there was very friendly staff and was very helpful. When we arrived early at the hotel there was friendly staff, but our room was not ready yet so we decided to leave our bags at the hotel and go out for some food everything went perfectly smooth with her. But!!!when we came back we found another staff and we can feel like when we asking for her help about the bags and our key rooms. Off course she answers but with a bad mood like annoying mood. In the morning she was unsmily when we talked to her that we have an appointment for sauna room, and off course she helping us but with annoying mood again and again and again. So that was the only thing that we didn’t like from this hotel.

We went for a Superior Room with balcony - which may have been bigger than other rooms, but worth it. Our accommodation requirements changed several times, but the hotel staff were very helpful, and patient. The breakfast area was bright and pleasant, and whilst the breakfast itself was somewhat limited, it was perfectly adequate.

The lift is tiny - hard to get more than two people in it - but all things considered, it's a minor inconvenience.

I was very pleasantly surprised! The room was wonderful and quite spacious if you compare to what is the average in Paris center! It had actually room for a big table and space for our luggage!! Minimal but cozy aesthetic like the photos. When it comes to the property as a whole it was really nice and the location was perfect!!! If you enjoy walking like me then most attractions are 30 minutes away! And you get to enjoy all the wonderful sights and really see the city! The neighborhood is very lively with many restaurants, fast foods and supermarkets around. Also the Grand Boulevards metro station is a 5 min walk from the property! The breakfast was a buffet with a decent basic selection but it was very satisfying! Last but not least there is a 24hour reception and the staff are all friendly and kind! They also kept our luggage on the last day after we checked out in order for us to go on a last walk in the city and get them when it was time to leave for the airport.

The only downside was the bathroom door. It was a slide that had poorly isolation. Not only of sound but also of visibility as it had a two fingers gap from the wall. Sharing a room with friends might be a bit awkward. But me staying with my mom I guess it was okay.

Good walking distance from Gare du Nord and other sites. Lively restaurant scene and buzzing in the evening. The hotel was very good value. The reception staff were absolutely delightful and so helpful.

Bit disconcerting to have a vermin box in the corner of the room. The room overlooked the street which was late to bed and early to rise, so pretty noisy. Ask for a room at the back.
