It’s pretty close to the subway station, the room was clean, the staff was nice. The kitchen on the first floor is good

It’s very dark to go back to the hostel at night my subway, I felt unsafe. And the towel is 3,50E.

The hostel is almost exactly what I expected. The beds were comfortable, and the facilities in the kitchen and in the entrance enhanced my stay. The temperature in my room was so good, and I had good nights of sleep. Despite the reception being closed in the morning, it didn't affect my stay. The location is very good. You can reach touristic spots on foot or by subway because the station is so close. Certainly, this hostel was one of the factors that made my travel to Paris so memorable. However, there's room for improvement.

There's no place to put shampoo and soap inside the shower stall, and the water flows out of it even with its door closed. Although the temperature in my bedroom was cozy, this might not be the rule, because the other bedroom was quite muffled (to access my room I needed to go through another bedroom). The socket in my bed was loose and I couldn't charge my phone, but luckly I had an UK adapter which saved me (I wasn't supposed to use it in France, was I?).

Easy checked in and also we can keep our luggage before check in and after check out. Clean and really quite

It has no lift and the stairs really narrow.

This hostel provide a quite atmosphere to rest, if you are looking for a place to sleep. It is a fair option. The room that I Booked has air conditioner and a private room for a 4-people room, the staff kept the room, bathroom and common areas clean. Also, during nights I didn't feel noise from outside. About the bed it was very comfortable and I had very quiet roommates so I could slept very well and in a deep way. The location was great to move around Paris, since there are various metro and bus stations in a 10-min walk. Also, there are a supermarket steps from.the hostel. I was with a knee problem and the staff helped me to accomodate in a bottom bed, and I could freeze my ice pack for my knee every day using de refrigerator in the kitchen. Thank you for this! Checkin and checkout process was easy and fast. I arrived to the hostel early morning, and I could save my bags to go around Paris till the checkin hour. In general, it was a good stay and I could enjoy my time in Paris and a conference that I was participating.

Something to improve, The carpet of the stairs and the stairs themselves are not in good condition A lift would be good.

The lockers are a bit small so if you plan to unload your whole luggage in them, it's impossible.

Online communication was on-time and helpful. Staff were super helpful, especially when I accidentally left my keycard in my room. Check-in and check-out were very quick, and the bathrooms were great. It was also relatively near to public transportation, so I never felt like I had to do a long commute just to get to the major tourist sites.

I know the city tax was mentioned, but it wasn't made very clear on the Booking website and I was surprised when I had to pay extra at the reception. While I was in the kitchen, cleaning staff were unnecessarily stern about putting chairs back in their place.

Big bathroom, very clean, outlet plus usb port, comfy bed. The neighborhood is very pretty and not too touristy or busy. Plenty of common space. Staff were very friendly.

Room is very tiny, or at least the space between the beds is. The 4 person room is actually a walk through so technically an 8 person room, although I'm not sure if there is a second bathroom in the other room. Be aware, if you are on a lower floor you will hear the business next door closing up, lots of talking and the sound of trash being thrown out until around 1 am. No privacy curtain.

The location and the friendly and helpful staff

I stay for about 11 nights and the last three days a new roommate from Korea is very rude, untidy and no consideration for when I was taking a bath ,he knocked against the door loudly and shout just because he wanted to take his charging smartwatch in the bathroom . He shouldn't in the sharing bedroom. The fridge in the dinning room is also full of unattended food stuffs.

The location is perfect, two metro lines are closeby. The bed was comfortable, provided good sleep. The room and own bathroom were clean and tidy. Low budget interior, but acceptable for its price.

The room and bathroom were very small. I slept on the bottom bed where the distance between the upper and bottom bed were so small that I could not sit up on my bed. The hairdryer was broken in our room. The kitchen is lack of equipments, no knife for slicing a bread.

Nice hostel in a nice area. Our room was quiet, facing the back yard. Decently equipped kitchen area.

Limited opening hours in the reception. Air conditioning working fine, but needed a remote control that was missing. During opening hours it was possible to borrow one in the reception, but they only had one. I suggest that the hostel arranges a wall mounted control panel instead, at least in shared rooms.
