The staff was extraordinary! Everyone was friendly, extremely helpful, and always professional. The room, and indeed the entire facility, was spotless and tastefully maintained. The restaurant was first rate, featuring beautifully prepared and varied dishes including a superb wine and bar selection. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable, including air conditioning and a very cozy bed. All around within easy walking distance are numerous eateries, boutiques, and facilities to make your stay comfortable.

My only concern with my room (308) was the drainage of the bathroom sink and toilet, both of which were very slow.

The location and restaurant were a great plus. Most of the staff was friendly, but there were a couple of instances where no one was at the front desk.. Still the night staff gentlemen were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was amazing - the restaurant staff should be commented.

We were not informed if we qualified for breakfast or that there was a breakfast as part of our room fee. In fact we were informed by another guest, after we had checked out, that we should have been informed of such a treat to our stay. Slippers to walk around and an extra blanket would have been nice. The electricity went out on day two; the internet went down on day three; and there was NO English television channels to catch up on news - we were there during the riotsnandbitbwould have been good to be better informed.

The location is fantastic, and the bar and restaurant are great. They are dog friendly too!

There’s a bit of wear and tear in the room, e.g. shower head was spraying water into the bathroom. But nothing too bad. I’ve stayed before and it’s hit and miss if you get a balcony with chairs and table or not, but you still pay the same price which was a bit disappointing.

This was amazing stay, hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and big enough (in comparison to other stays in Paris, this was pure joy). The staff was great, it helped us organizing our transport, the restaurant close was amazing, the food and the waiter was funny. I will definitely come again.

Our stay was wonderful. From the location to the gorgeous French Deco renovation to the amazing staff everything was exceptional. Our room looked onto the courtyard and was clean , well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant and cocktail bar were wonderful with great food , service and atmosphere.

The hotel staff was very nice. There is no "concierge" so to speak, but they helped me with most questions I had. The hotel location is great. Very lively on either end of the block. Many great restaurants and shops. Good walking area, and very central.

There was no hot water in the hotel for one day we were there. It wasn't awful. But the shower head in our room didn't function properly.

Room a bit tight and I bashed my head on an ill-designed corner of the desk in the room. Would be great if breakfast could extend to be open from 7-11 am

convenient location, close to metro stations, walking distance to Louvre! staff are very friendly and attentive. I like the hotel provided bottle water for the guests. I believe the tap water is not that good. They also provide umbrellas. has restaurant and bar on site and they are pretty good. loved showers!

the twin bed is narrow and I almost fell off the bed on the first night. but I got used to it. I make sure I sleep in my back instead of sleeping on the side.

All the above really. Staff were very good and nice. Room was perfect for a solo traveler. Loved the area and the metro was so convenient for all directions.

Check in time would have been nice if I be earlier but I understand that is offset by the later check out time.
