Rooms and breakfast were good and location is nice.

Our stay was perfect until it was time to check out. We stayed as a group of 5 in 3 rooms and at the checkout were informed that our booking only provided breakfast for three people and now we owe additional 189 euros for breakfasts. We booked through booking with breakfast included and if you used booking you know there is no such thing as one breakfast for room of two. As we had to leave we agreed to pay and immediately wrote to booking support which after some back and forth about our stay forced hotel to return our money. This felt like a try to get some money out of tourists as we were informed only in the end of 5 day stay when we had to leave. Beware if you book the hotel with breakfast included.

Location was great and I was able to check in early. It was a little confusing to find and I even walked into the wrong hotel but everything ended up working out. Hotel was overall very nice. Clean bathroom, clean room. I went during the “bed bug outbreak” and can happily report there were no bed begs. Very close to the metro station, maybe a 3-5 minute walk. That metro line went to great spots; Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Norte dame etc. I ended walking a lot of places like the shopping district, pantheon and Notre Dame. They were 5-25 min walks but definitely walkable. Safe neighborhood, very quiet, lots of restaurants nearby, lots of little stores nearby. Definitely would stay here again!

There was construction outside my window but I really didn’t mind it. It was during the day, when I wasn’t in my room. It’s probably finished by the time I’m writing this and nothing to really worry about.

What an amazing hotel. Right around the corner from Notre Dame, 10 mins walking to Le Marais and 20 mins walking to the Louvre. We arrived on Eurostar and took the Metro to Cité where it’s a 5 min stroll right past Note Dame. The hotel is on a lovely street with a few small independent restaurants and shops. It's not too busy either, which was a surprise considering the location. We had a room on the 6th floor with twin beds and a nice sized ensuite (shower/bath) with separate toilet. Tea/biscuits are served complementary late afternoon. I would definitely stay here again.

The lift is very small (fitting 2 adults with two small suitcases). We chose to walk up the 6 flights most of the time, which wasn't a problem for us, but there's not a chance my parents could do it. The hotel common areas are pretty small/ narrow so I'm not sure the hotel is suitable for young families, as there's not much running space for active toddlers. Otherwise I really am struggling to find fault with the hotel. Loved every minute of our stay.

This cute boutique hotel is perfect for visiting Paris. You feel so welcome and the afternoon tea is a lovely surprise. The staff are excellent and did everything to make my stay easy and comfortable. So fab to be in a quiet area but steps from sunny bars overlooking the Seine and cute cafes and great shopping. Lovely vibe both inside the hotel and on the street too. Our room was smallish but whisper quiet and had a lovey bathtub too. My included transfer from the airport was so appreciated and very well organised. Paris is so incredibly beautiful and this hotel just lovely.

I would stay in a street facing room if I spent more time during the day at the hotel as the interior rooms look into the building shaft and are a bit dark

A perfect location, equidistant between the Latin Quarter, and the Marais. You can as easily walk to shops and cafes in the Marais as get croissants at La Maison d'Isabelle and eat them while walking along the Seine. On the same block as the hotel are a great coffeeshop and a fromagerie across the street. The hotel itself is in an old building, with a lot of character. The rooms have classy, modern decoration and are impeccably clean. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was spacious (more than one could expect for this location in Paris), had gorgeous views of rooftops, cathedrals, and the very tip of the Pompidou, and a very lovely bathroom with large bath. We were also captivated by the large wood beams in the ceiling. Overall, a fantastic hotel and the best that I've stayed in in Paris at that price point.

There wasn't much space or ventilation around the toilet, which is in a small room separated from the main bathroom. No mini-fridge in the room.

My mother and I stayed at Hôtel L de Lutèce for 2 nights in late September and it was such a special, perfect, memorable stay. The staff were very friendly and incredibly hospitable. We had a lovely view onto the charming street, and everything felt new and well-maintained. The room was very comfortable, clean and the design was well thought through. It was the most spacious Parisienne hotel room i've stayed in, also with a large bathroom - felt like a real luxury in comparison to the 4 x other hotels I've stayed at in Paris. Definitely my new favourite hotel in Paris, and ideally located in my favourite part of the city too (Ile Saint-Louis - peaceful, not over run with tourists and at the doorstep, everything you might need for a quiet slow-paced stay where you can pretend you are a local)

Hotel L de Lutece is a gem of a hotel located on the island next to Notre Dame Catherdral on the Seine river in Arr 4. Beautifully renovated (2023) in a 17th century building - the 4 star hotel offers great hospitality, a good selection for breakfast, and the treat of afternoon tea and cake. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. This hotel is within walking distance of a metro station. It has a good selection of restaurants, retail shops and Paris landmarks all nearby. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris.

Our water carafe in our room was not filled on one day of our stay.

The room was comfortable and newly and tastefully decorated. It was also super clean. Bathroom was a reasonable size. The communal areas were also good and decor was excellent. Space is always at a premium in Paris but in this hotel the space has been used wisely. Delightful location on the relatively quiet, unspoiled île saint Louis - almost a village atmosphere but so close to much of what one would want to visit and to the metro. Also pretty easy to get to both Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon. Most staff were charming and welcoming.

Not cheap - what is in Paris? I would have preferred a walk-in shower to shower over the bath which was rather slippery and no hand rail to hang onto. One receptionist seemed ill-suited to her job. She spoke very quietly and wore a mask which made communication difficult.

The whole experience at this hotel was first class. Our room was ready when we arrived in the morning after a long flights from Australia. It was great to be able to relax and freshen up in the room before heading out to have a look around the area. The staff were more than helpful with any requests that we had, and any questions about the area or how to get to the sights. The breakfast was excellent and the location was suburb; a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of Paris.
