I would give this hotel a 10/10 for the location and check in process. It’s located at the city center and can be easily reached by bus or metro as there are bus stops & metro station few steps from the property. Around the hotel there are restaurants, bubble tea shop, fast food chains, bakery & supermarket. I would also like to commend the staff; I notified them that we will be arriving early at 11-12. When we arrived, they let us in the room 3 hours prior to the check in time. We were glad since we had an early flight so we needed to rest for a bit. About the breakfast — there are various options, but if I will come back, I would just go out and have breakfast at the coffee shops nearby as there are a lot around the property.

I’m giving this -1 because I didn’t like the location of our room. It’s at the ground floor just beside the reception area. I couldn’t even open the window as it is just beside the road. You can see people passing by it. So if you don’t like ground floor rooms, be sure to request a room at a higher floor prior to your arrival. I also didn’t like the bathroom floor. It can easily get flooded because there was only a curtain dividing the shower area and toilet area.

My room was clean and as advertised. The location is a bit far from tourists attractions like the Eiffel tower but close enough to a few metro stations which made moving around the city a lot easier l. There wasn't any noise so I slept peacefully. The staff is friendly so checking in was relatively easy. I was overall happy with my stay there.

However, the elevator can only accommodate one person and hard to fit some of the luggage. It also wasn't working for one of the nights that I spent there.

Our family of 4 travelled to Paris for the first time. Having heard that the rooms in European hotels tend to be small, we opted to reserve 2 rooms. We requested that our rooms be close, as we've never had our teenage daughters in a room by themselves, and the hotel was very accommodating! The rooms were just across the hall from each other. Perfect!

A peephole in the door would be helpful, as there were several times when someone was knocking on our neighbor's door, and it sounded like ours. Thinking that it was our daughters from across the hallway, I opened the door to a complete stranger while still in my pajamas!

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a fantastic experience. The property is small and charming, located in a wonderful area that made exploring so convenient. I stayed in a balcony room, which was absolutely perfect—spacious enough and with a great view that added so much to the experience. The overall ambiance of the hotel was cozy and inviting, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're looking for a well-located, intimate place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor downsides were the limited TV channels and the small bathroom, but honestly, that’s just me being picky. Neither of these detracted from my overall experience at the hotel, which was otherwise fantastic.

The location was amazing and the staff were friendly. The room was stylish and clean. For saying it was on a busy street the noise wasn't too bad - maybe some rumbling from the nearby RER train station and the usual emergency service sirens. It's in a friendly and safe neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars nearby

I'm not really sure why they did this but when we checked in they gave us a room on the ground floor just off of reception. The room itself was fine in terms of decor and facilities but it was very noisy, with much of this coming from the nearby reception area and to be honest we did not sleep great. The hotel wasn't cheap and we asked to be put in a more suitable room, so they moved us to the 5th floor and a much better and quieter room.

The hotel was perfectly located on the subway line (we were on a long stopover in Paris and access to the airport metro was a determining factor in our choice to pick this hotel). There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and with a metro pass, everything was easy to get to and the hotel was very quiet. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the hotel breakfast was good and sufficient. We requested two rooms close to each other and we were given adjoining rooms - really perfect for our family of four.

Sharing so other families are aware - there is an elevator that works great, but is small. We needed to do multiple trips with our luggage. And our room was a slightly odd shape so the luggage took up a lot of the available open space. But it's Paris so we were really only in our room to sleep and everything was really quite fine.

Location was perfect for exploring the left bank . Comfortable bed and linen and towels replaced daily Excellent breakfast frequently replenished.

The first night we noticed at 22h ( after returning from dinner ) that there was no telecommande for the TV but the night reception staff could not help so we had to wait until the next day. The carpet was not hoovered during the daily housekeeping . The WiFi on the first floor was very erratic. The basement breakfast room was clean and comfortable but the cleaners’ equipment and dirty washing was in sight Despite the above we gave the hotel right out of ten and we would come again!

Great location, great staff, small but great room with great beds and great cleaning staff.

This hotel is in an excellent location, about 25 minutes walk to Notre-Dame from where you can catch a hop-on / hop-off Batobus which runs up/down the Seine and stops at all the main sites in central Paris. This we found was much easier that using the metro and much cheaper than a taxi. The hotel is right next to the extensive Luxembourg Gardens, which on a sunny day are very pleasant to visit. There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby in easy walking distance. Our room was on the third floor, spacious and very quiet. The bathroom, though quite small, was spotlessly clean and very modern. Although the hotel does not have it's own restaurant they do provide a very good quality breakfast with both hot and cold food.

The lift was rather small and cramped.

travelling with my mum, originally requested twin beds (2 separated individual beds) via booking.com, had no idea which parts went wrong, the reception lady claimed that the system not able to receive this special request and thought that I was troublemaker... at the end, Mr. Manager kindly offered us another room with twin beds the other day, but we decided to stay in the original room... Feeling so confused, enquired customer services from booking.com to clarify if I really made the request, the replied was a "Yes" and claimed that notification had been sent to the hotel personnel so as to prove my innocence... no offence, I love this hotel super much, I wanna stay here again and again whenever I am in Paris, just dont wanna treated as a troublemaker only, thank you
