Fantastic location & a great choice of breakfast.

The property is at a fantastic location. Very very kind staff and very helpful. Day 1 - Diumercy helped us multiple times with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Day 2- Ali was of huge help with directions and navigations. Day3- Manoj assisted with the room services very politely Day4- Alexandra ! She almost saved us from a huge fine. She was kind enough to book our train tickets and spent almost an hour with us guiding us through the route! We definitely recommend a stay in this hotel.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Paris My stay at the Hotel Élysée Regencia in Paris was absolutely remarkable. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I felt completely welcome and comfortable. Here are some highlights that made my stay special: 1. **Location:** The hotel is in an unbeatable location, just steps from some of Paris' most famous attractions, including the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The proximity to the metro station made it easy for me to explore the city. 2. **Room:** My room was a true refuge of peace and relaxation. It was stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The views of the city were breathtaking, especially in the evenings. 3. **Service:** The customer service at Hotel Élysée Regencia was outstanding. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and responsive to all of my needs. Her recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area were impeccable. 4. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. The location was very good.

Although I made the reservation breakfast included, when I reached the hotel , I am informed that there was no breakfast. I decided to stay in this hotel and paid the amount it was breakfast included. Unfortunately, my problem was not solved by the hotel and booking. Com. I made this booking with my husband and we are both sure about the items included reservation. This situatiın bothered me because while you are making the reservation, the condions changed after you paid the fee. I cannot proove this since I did not take the photo offer before payment. ( I did not imagine that there will be such change) I loose my trust on this booking system, I am not sure if I will be using it again. Hope you consider this feedback to improve this problem. The hotel is situated right at the centre of the town. L’Arc de Triomphe is a mere 5 min walk and the river and Eiffel Tower are also within walking distance. Also 5 minutes from Avenue Champs Elysees. Many lovely restaurants around. Bus and metro stations. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is really friendly. We loved rhe breakfast. Even though Paris buildings are old, the rooms and bathrooms looked renovated and the air was fresh! We loved everything about our stay there!

Hotel was excellent and so was the staff. Excellent location as it was a few blocks away from the champ elyse and awesome restaurants. Hotel room had a nice big window that you could open in the morning and enjoy some fresh air. Rooms were very clean and had no issues. Breakfast was awesome and had enough selection to get your day started. I Would definitely stay here again should i come back to visit.

My only only complaint was guest parking as it ran out of space which I ended up parking my vehicle off site. Luckily staff helped me book a parking spot at the remote garage which was only two blocks away.

Staying at Hotel Elysees Regencia was a wonderful beginning to our trip to France. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, bright and quiet. We loved having a fridge in the room to keep our wine, charcuterie, cheese, snacks, etc. The hotel is a short distance to Champs Elysees, great bakeries, markets, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed having a coffee or drink in their cozy lounge. It was also great to have an option of sitting areas on the main floor. The staff were incredible. They were personable and extremely helpful, especially Alexandra. She was absolutely amazing. She set a very high bar for customer service. Alexandra made sure that we had the best experience possible. She asked us what we were interested in doing and her research was extensive. She called colleagues and restaurants to give us great quality options. In addition, she gave us her mobile phone number in case we needed help or had questions. Even on her day off!!! She checked in with us to make sure we were happy, safe and having a good time. She went over and above her call of duty. She was absolutely exceptional. It blew us away! Merci for everything!! We will definitely stay at Hotel Elysees Regencia next time we visit Paris!!

No complaints!

The room was absolutely amazing very spacious and very well laid out. It’s a very authentic styled accommodation. The location is great. You can take a short walk to every attraction there is an excellent restaurant right at the doorstep and great looking bar.

The room is located that the ground floor so you cannot really see anything outside your window - the glass has a matte finish. The other small is that there is no sink in the toilet so you have to actually walk to a different room to wash your hands, but this is a great value room.

Our stay was wonderful. We stayed at a deluxe room and it was spacious, beautiful and clean. We were happy with what the room offered, including the toiletries and coffee. The bed was large and very comfortable. Location is the prime, close to main attractions and shopping. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The only thing we didn’t like were pillows. They were quite uncomfortable and cheap. It’s to bad, as everything else felt top notch.

The property for Paris is a decent size and very well positioned close to the hustle and bustle of the champs élysées but further away as not to be bothered by the noise.

We were there over new years and due to road closures couldn’t make it to the hotel for about 4 hours. The hotel has this funny policy of only providing water for the first day, so if you stay five nights with two rooms you only get one bottle of water which is unheard of. Then if you want water they ask you to purchase water from the mini bar for 9€. After a long day the last thing you think of is stopping past the monoprix to get water. It’s such a simple thing to provide fresh bottles of water especially because you’re already paying so much for the hotel.
