Perfect location, clean and tidy rooms, and really helpful and polite staff! There is nothing to complain about, but I definitely can recommend it. Rooms are small, but for people who come like us just to sleep and spend the whole day in the city, you don't need anything more! Had comfortable beds for good sleep to charge bateries for another day full of walking!

Little bit expensive, but it's Paris and on top of that during Olimpics. So I believe that was the main reason for high prices in whole Paris, not only this place! So, I can't judge. Compared to other hotels, this one was one of the cheapest.

First off, the hotel is as accessible as it gets. It is literally 1 minute walk from Place d’Italie square which has the very important M7 Metro (Pink) Line that lets you get to almost every point of interest in Paris. That also comes with the benefit of transfer from Orly airport really easy too. Secondly, the staff was very, very helpful, both during and pre-stay. The hotel is very clean too, and it has a lot of facilities (bars, boulangeries, markets etc.) at very close proximity. Last off, it is located in a really safe neighbourhood, police station is right across the street, literally. Overall, very good value for money.

Even though there are alternatives for breakfast around the hotel, breakfast of hotel was rather expensive for us. Also, our room didn’t have a mini fridge, which is a little bit of nuisance for those who do not drink tap water (yes, the tap water is drinkable and perfectly safe, we just don’t prefer it).

Tiny but really nice hotel in a town fairly connected to reach any Paris corners! Pleasant stay even though our stay was during renewal working in progress. The staff is kind but not really well prepared to suggest you places and guide you towards Paris but for us is not absolutely an issue.

If I knew about renewal working in progress during the stya, I would have preffered to get a discount fare I would only renew the bathroom a bit better and larger.

All around great hotel. The friendly communication before the stay already leaves a good impression. The room was comfortable, very clean, and quiet. Equipments are new and well maintained. The location, while a small distance away from the city center, made it especially quiet and nice, and you can still easily get to the city center with Metro or Bus that are just nearby.

The window of the bathroom could be a little more airtight to keep the bathroom warm.

We were upgraded to room 74 for our 2 night stay. The room was perfectly clean, modern, spacious, warm and had the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower, we really felt lucky to be there. The bathroom was great, hot powerful shower and white fluffy towels. The bed was really comfortable- we didn’t want to get up either morning! We had the breakfast on the second morning, I don’t think it was worth €13 per person but when in a rush it’s a good fuel source. All the basics of a continental. I really felt our room was more a 4* than 3. The staff were really pleasant, attentive and made our stay even better. Location is great. Lots of eateries around and good metro links. All in all a great stay- would recommend and certainly return!

The breakfast could be improved/reduced in cost.

The hotel was located in a great area of Paris, near lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. It is within walking distance of many main attractions such as the Notre Dame and the Lourve. There is also a metro station a few minutes walk away. The room was pleasant with a very generous sized bed. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Paris!

Very clean, good heating system, very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom for a relaxing and comfortable shower after a day out. People on the desk were very friendly and can attend you in English very well.

lowered ceiling in bedrooms turns the space a little bit strange at first glance and make the walking in the room a little more difficult, but after few days it feels more natural.

It was a cozy little room with lovely views of the street. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom sparkling clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. The location was unbeatable, with many restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transport options nearby. It was a great place to stay and explore the city.

We were looking for a hotel in Paris for our first trip it took us some time but we found the one which fulfill our requirements! Good price in safe neighborhood, metro station, supermarket and plenty of restaurants not that far away. Staff was great, especially the lady who welcomed us, she was amazing, very professional and friendly! Also, available breakfast in pretty affordable price was tasty. I would like to have more fresh veggies and fruits but still choice was fine.

We had problem with a towel in our room but the problem was fixed quickly!

Staff were friendly, room had a large double bed with two fairly soft pillows, large towels for the bathroom, and a good balcony view. Good location, few minutes walk to the nearest metros, and several nearby options for food.

There was more noise than I expected, especially through the window to the main street, but this was generally better at night. Toilet room was quite narrow.
