Hotel is situated in a strategic position. 1 km from Champs Elysée and 500 m from the Train Station (Saint Lazare). Staff is simply the best. Room was at 6th floor so we can enjoy also the beauty of the Paris roofs. The structure is a typical Paris structure located downtown: so, don't expect the luxury you are use to in a **** hotel. Staff replaced the water bottle in the room every morning. Room temperature was perfect for me.

18€ for the breakfast seems a bit too much. we chose to have breakfast outside. The room is a bit uncomfortable for me (the roof was near the bed) but nothing that can ruin our stay.

The room was spacious with coffee/tea making facilities and a small bar fridge to store milk etc. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet for sleeping. The ensuite bathroom had a large and very good shower with good quality shampoo, body lotion etc. supplied. The hotel was in a good location, within good walking distance of the Seine, Champs Elysees, Montmartre and most of the Paris sights, we walked everywhere. The hammam was an added bonus, and very relaxing after big days of walking. Staff were very courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend and stay here again.

Polite and caring staff, quick resolving of appearing questions, great hammam included in room price already, which is a nice bonus. Great neighborhood, nice bathroom, big and comfortable bed. Basically, in the centre of Paris, near Opera. I highly recommend this hotel if you care about comfort, tidiness and location. Thanks!

Didn't see information about mandatory deposit (in our case it was 100 EUR). Maybe i just didn't pay attention to description, but if there's no info, its better to add that point to hotel description, so that customers won't be confused at the reception. Also a little advice: maybe add some beer to mini-bar :)

The location near Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Saint-Lazare station is fantastic. The best point for me and my wife was the hammam (Spa). It was very helpful in that we were able to recover from a tiring day of sightseeing in Paris by ending the day at the spa.

We never expected to be assigned a room on the ground floor facing the street, the room was quiet though. Staying on a wooden floor without indoor slippers seems to require some improvement.

This hotel continues to impress with staff who clearly enjoy their work and those like me visiting. Whilst the rooms are not big they are well appointed with great modern bathrooms. Such a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Lovely 1940s decor in the rooms and hallway, really comfortable and for Paris well sized rooms, huge bathroom, air conditioning which was fabulous on a hot day. Location really good right near the metro and within 20 minutes walk of several milestones. The staff at the front desk particularly the gentleman working night shifts was lovely and helpful with recommendations and directions. Fantastic stay would come back again for sure!

The location is very good! And the room was nice and the bed was big and very comfortable! The staff were also very kind.

When we asked for the spa, it turned out that what they call “Spa” is actually a steam sauna. We didn’t go there because it didn’t sound as well as spa. They also charged us extra taxes NOT included in the price shown in Booking, they said it was due to the Olympic games in summer (we were there in January!).

Breakfast was really good (taste, variety, coffee, pastries, cheese, all very very good). The neighborhood is nice, quiet, near impressive landmarks. Bed was excellent. Bathroom, shower, all excellent. We did not use sport or sauna facilitoes, so we can't comment. The staff was very kind. Clean towels replaced every day.

There's really nothing we didn't like.

Superb and very dedicated staff & owner. Exceptionally high level of service. Very high level of cleanliness. It felt and looked very covid-safe. Bed really comfortable. We slept extremely well. Great to have mini-bar, kettle and good quality tea in room. Inviting and nice size hammam; booking system for hammam works well. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere everywhere. Great restaurants, cafées and shops nearby.

The hotel looked different in reality than on the web-site. Our room was darkly lit even with all lights on. It could do with stronger light bulbs and/or more/different lamps. Ceiling low and with the room being rather dark it could feel a bit oppressive. The toilet had no sink (sink being placed in bathroom which) and it was so tiny it was difficult to sit comfortably on the toilet seat as your head was almost touching the wall in front.

Great value and location in the city and Gare St Lazare. The staff was extremely helpful and held my bags for multiple days as I traveled. Free water and toiletries were helpful. Great service.

Nespresso machine would be a perk, but there was a coffee machine (a great one) downstairs
