Location is excellent (for walking and public transport) and we would come back any time, very close to nice restaurants also. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but they were kind enough to provide us milk late at night for daughter when shops were closed. In general very nice experience in hotel and size of rooms (family room) good for Paris.

There are works in the hotel (from10 am to 5 pm) which for us was not big issue but for others could. After renovation hotel will be even better I am sure but there was loud ventilation in the part of family room where is bunk bed. Fridge in the room will be standard I hope since there was not during our stay.

Great location. Very close to the train station. Very helpful staff member as I arrived late, he couldn't be more accommodating. Lots of places to go around the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and the bath (although narrow) was perfect after a long day and a delayed flight.

Just a small thing but the courtyard was a building site so a horrible view out of my window as it overlooked the courtyard. Maybe just let customers know about this before they arrive as they may be planning to use it.

Comfortable spacious refurbished rooms. Quiet. Views across garden and roofs. As previous guests we really appreciated the new decor. For a 3 star hotel in Paris, it would now be difficult to beat. The location is great with metro direct north to Champs Elysees etc, fab restaurants nearby and helpful reception staff. The underground carpark which we hadn't used before is now a godsend with recent huge increase in street parking charges and spaces being removed. The parking entrance is narrow but perfectly wide enough and high enough for most cars.

Just the perfect neighborhood to stay. We were here the weekend and O couldn’t wait to get back to the hotel, eat a croissant ant the Boulangerie du Dome, choose one of the hundreds restaurants from Montparnasse. The Montparnasse tower is the cherry of the cake. An unbelievable view from the city a 6 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff was very nice, the room is small like all the Parisian hotels but some reviews where so bad I was a little confused, when I come back I’ll stay here again, for sure. The fountain is a charm, I can’t say nothing about the breakfast because there are thousands of boulangeries so is almost a crime to eat in the hotel. Not a terror story, you’re not in the US, huge rooms… etc. The bed was super comfortable, the pillow amazing.

This hotel is a great find in downtown Paris. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome right away. I asked for a quiet room and got a nice one on the top floor looking out on a peaceful courtyard. The room was clean and well-furnished, with nice extras like slippers, bathrobes, and other amenities. It's hard to find such a good hotel in central Paris at this price. On paper it's a three-star hotel, but it feels more like a four-star place. You get more than you expect for what you pay. Overall, it's a fantastic deal for anyone visiting Paris. Oh and there are newspapers, always a good sign!

The toilet is a bit claustrophobic.

A cosy and calm hotel with a perfect location! Very good cleaning of the room. Simple breakfast with all you need. The hotel is located in a secure neighborhood and is in a good distance to everything. Nice small restaurants in walking distance. Good value for money!

Some issues at breakfast as I saw the staff take away croissants from guests who hadn't eat them and put them back in the basket to be served again. When putting on cutlery at the table the eating part was touched instead of the shaft. In these pandemic times these habits should be changed.

We stayed in new wonderful room. All staff were good and the bed is something like sleeping in the clouds. The bathroom was separated in two different rooms with toilet in left side and other side with shower, and that was a plus. The room has been renovated. The breakfast was very good and completed Fresh and tasty. The staff was very kind and cute, making me a surprise by my anniversary. Was lovely. I recommend absolutely to book this hotel. Actually this hotel is classified with 3 stars and they deserve more than that, this a 4 stars one for sure in my thoughts.

Very good hotel for money paid. The location is EXCELLENT (the metro is just 50 meters away and the metro is the best way to travel around the city!). The hotel is old but it was very clean, the room was done daily and the towels changed every day as well. The breakfast is GREAT and the personnel very friendly and willing to assist. WIFI is included and worked PERFECTLY inside the bedroom, which is not usual in even more expensive hotels!

As a long-time visitor to this hotel, the new prestige rooms are fantastic - fridge and kettle in the room, usb charging and contemporary colourful decor. Fantastic new shower and proper hairdryer. Modern approach to storage - clothes rails and open cupboards no fusty drawers and wardrobes. Also the room was super cosy and warm on a freezing weekend.

The two hotel lifts clearly need replacing. I found myself praying every time I got in one! And they were both out of action on one of the evenings. Also they have replaced old style tooth mugs in the bathroom with paper cups. Not sure why but I didn’t like this. After night one they took the cup away and didn’t ever replace. Also nice to have kettle but they could give you a new tea bag each day surely? These are minor gripes though.
