This stylish hotel boasts a contemporary design, although some in-room amenities could benefit from an update. Service was generally excellent, and the breakfast spread was truly impressive. The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's convenient location near Macdonald's and numerous supermarkets and restaurants adds to its appeal. Excellent public transport links with easy access to the Metro, Tram, and bus, and proximity to the Champs-Élysées make it a well-positioned base for exploring the city. We felt safe walking in the surrounding area even late at night.

I booked my stay through Booking.com, but encountered an unexpected issue during check-in. The receptionist, unfortunately, seemed dismissive and unlike the other friendly staff members. Despite confirming my reservation in their system, she quoted a different price and indicated that breakfast wasn't included. When I presented my Booking.com confirmation with the agreed-upon details, she stated, 'I don't care about Booking,' and insisted on her own pricing. This dismissive attitude was unprofessional and left a negative impression.

I loved having breakfast with a view of the Eiffel Tower at the Executive Lounge on the 34th floor. Our room on the 33rd floor meant we only had to climb one flight of stairs to get to the Lounge everyday. The room we stayed in was very modern, seems newly renovated, also with a lovely view. The hotel did not scrimp on the amenities. They gave us four free bottles of Evian daily. Wifi was consistently strong. Restaurants were at walking distance. Staff were friendly.

The room could have been bigger. I asked the front desk if they have bigger rooms but he said all their rooms are the same size. I think about 22 to 24 sqm.

The room [2416] had a superb view of Paris, especially the breathtaking view of the iconic Eiffel tower. The hotel is at an excellent location: both RER C and Metro line -1 (Porte Maillot) are close by. The toilet and room were impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast served was really good compared to that available outside.

Although the staff were very courteous and helpful, we always faced issues with drinking water. We had to request water bottles from the housekeeping unit of the hotel. The two small bottles supplied daily were not sufficient.

Breakfast had good options and was filling. Room was good and clean. Had the 8th floor, king room. Very spacious and a desk to sit. Nice view of the eiffel tower. The concierge was very helpful. I liked that the metro and shops were closeby.

Bed was way too hard. I have noticed this is the case with all french beds. It just feels like lying on a rock which is not good for someone with a bad back. Elevator was a bit weird (had to cross over into a new elevator to reach a floor above 25, but it's a minor nuisance). The bar downstairs was expensive, and I asked for just a coca cola REGULAR, and he brought me a ZERO, so that is not good.

This hotel has been improving the service since my first time in 2021. Now I've been 5 times here. As I said the staff is mostly very professional with exceptions of a few bad apples. But most of the people are very kind either in the breakfast area and in the lobby. Concierge too, very polite and professional. The breakfast has a varied selection. Plenty of fruits which is always appreciated.

Rooms are super small and tight. In the breakfast area they keep the same rude blonde girl I've seen all these years which, pay attention to this person, she looks like a bodyguard. Never smiles to customers and is seeing walking all around with her bad mood. I think people that don't like their jobs should find a new one. However, not a reason for giving less than 9 to this great property. At least not to me. Keep it up Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile!

We stayed at the room where had Tower Eiffel view. It was great. The hotel location is OK but far away from the center of Paris. Breakfast was excellent and we also loved Starbucks service.

Checking-in was so slow. Only one person took care of. So we had to wait long time. We didn't understand what it took such a long time for per person. Some of stuff excused that they had under-training-stuff. The stuff could do anything for guests. That is big excuse for them not for us.

Great views of Paris, good location close to public transport and easy access to attractions. the hotel accommodated an early check-in as soon as room was ready. Clean rooms and spacious for Paris. Hotel is located in the 17th arrondissement, no crowded touristy areas, in a quite neighbourhood with ok restaurants.

The food in hotel restaurants was not worth it and hotel's in-room dinning options was offered in take away box and disposable cutlery. Rather eat in restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The building is modern and chic , all the amenities listed you will find in your room and you won’t have to go downstairs to get like a dental kit like some of the hotels , I loved the staff (very attentive to detail) they go above and beyond to make your stay smooth ; also I felt safe the entire time ♥️ the location is perfect as you can get anything within the mall behind no need to cross roads it’s inside the same building

Nothing really

Breakfast has good varieties, location better than expected (of course not the most central, but metro lines should be convenient enough in most of the times), pillow is firm enough for me to have a good sleep. View is exceptional for the price

Breakfast is over-crowded, elevator is hard to learn for first-time user (but as long as knowing how it works it should be fine)

the room on the 23rd floor had an exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower on one side and the Bois de Boulogne on the other

The hotel enforces a dress code for access to the windo skybar which overlooks Paris like few other places. Each drink is evidently quite expensive. However, long queues form at the entrance to the bar in which many customers appear dressed in a sloppy and squalid way as if they had to go to the gym or to empty their cellar. In their pocket, however, they keep a credit card with an appropriate limit. This lack of taste for the beautiful ultimately puts the vulgarity of money ahead of everything, as always. If the hotel management prefers to make money at all costs rather than maintaining the decorum of a symbolic place in Paris, it would be better to remove any reference to the dress code and allow the client standing behind me to photograph Paris in socks without worries.
