Nice staff and perfect location

The room, by American standards, was comparatively small, but it was very clean and had the latest hardware and furnishings. And the window actually opened up to the street which allowed me to let in air when the room was too hot or too cold due to the climate control. I did not speak much French, and the staff were very accommodating by speaking English, and the food provided was exceptional. I especially liked the fresh squeezed orange juice and the chocolate croissants. I'm just sorry my family did not come to meet me.

There was a lot of construction going on one of the main train lines, which made it difficult to get to the parks, and to get to the northern part of Paris. Any dislike I have is more for my family not meeting me as was promised, and has nothing to do with the hotel. The parks are very clean, and the Champes Elysee and Arc de Triomphe were very interesting to see and very near the hotel. The room's refrigerator was slightly smaller than other hotels' refrigerators, but it wasn't a problem. I'm just sorry I don't speak more French.

I left two days early due to unexpected circumstances , I requested a refund , I was advised to connect with booking to refund my card, Please advise when you will be able to refund it on my cards. I appreciate you accommodating my request.

Friendly staff, good location near metro and convention centre, clean

I had someone stay with me for 2 nights, but still got charged the tax per person for the entire stay. The property said they would refund me, but this never happened.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is small, which was a nice change from the hotel chains I usually stay at. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. Lovely bathroom with a nice shower, great water pressure, and also a bathtub! Everything was very clean. I got a couple of towels and two bathrobes. It was more than enough for me. The room also had a safe, which is always nice to have. Great air conditioning in the room, which was important because it hit 33 Celcius outside! The location was also perfect for the conference I was attending and in close proximity to the Metro. Nice neighborhood with some lovely restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was very underwhelming. Very few options, no fresh fruit other than a suit salad, no vegetables. And it was exactly the same everyday. So, it was too simple and boring after the first day. I would have liked a bigger bread selection (they didn't even have a baguette!), more cheeses, more eggs (they only had scrambled eggs)... So yeah, breakfast was "fine", but if I was going again, I would rather go have breakfast somewhere else.

The location was great. The amenities were exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was value for money. Although the room was smaller everything was much better compared to the Hyatt next door.

The expeller fan in the bathroom was not working.

Clean, close to the metro station and Porte Maillot for transfer to Beauvais in the morning

The first reception member did not spoke english very well, first named one room no, then another one, did not wrote it down on the envelope... The shower has a leak or the door does not close properly, other way, there was a lot of water on the floor!

Location, location, location, or you are 10 to 15 minutes away from all the hotspots in the city, Eiffel tower 15 minutes taxi ride, shopping the best shopping 10 minutes Moulin Rouge 15 minutes taxi ride most of the stuff you want to see is short drive with the taxi, friendly stuff,

Everything was fantastic the location, the rooms znd the staff were very friendly couldn't do enough to make our stay really good

Nothing to dislike apart from I want to book the same room for the same weekend next year but the price has trebled not nice looking to stay elsewhere

Room nice well equipped but a little small. Very clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent service and great location. Very good value for money

Regular rooms very small. Suggest booking luxury rooms which are very comfortable and a nice size
