It was a good location nearby restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. The metro was just down the street as well! Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Easy access with room code when entering the hotel after the reception was closed at 20:00.

Our room was located on the 4th floor. One window was broken and was partially open which didn’t help with the noise from the street and the heating in the room. Also the windows were very thin so we could literally hear every person outside talk as if they were standing right in the room with us - mind you we were on the 4th floor. The shower doesn’t have a shower curtain/door and is located on a higher level than the bathroom floor which was very strange. The water would just go flying everywhere without some type of cover. The room’s heating was ok, but there should be a second radiator in the room instead of only one in the bathroom going at 32 degrees 24/7.

The property is in a wonderful location close to Grands Boulevard Metro station. It is surrounded by many beautiful restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. We travelled to all of the main sites in Paris with ease using the metro nearby and felt very safe returning at night. The staff at both reception and the restaurant were exceptional and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome, Especially our breakfast server! The room was wonderful, we had a lovely 2 storey apartment with views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. Slippers and a coffee machine also made us feel at home.

The hotel is brand new, so I understand some (very) minor missing details, though the staff was always quick and attentive to make sure all went well, and we appreciate the attention and service provided. It was an amazing stay and for sure we'll be back when back to Paris. Bonus note, the mattresses were amazing!!!

Fantastic location and a really modern feel to the hotel room. Friendly staff who were there to offer help all day. Expect this hotel to grow in popularity once more people find what is certainly a hidden gem.

We left at noon to go wonder around in Paris, and when we came back at 7pm, the room hadn’t been done. They had forgotten to do the room. This isn’t normal, but the staff came to give us towels and apologised. I hope they can make up for it at a future stay.

Nice room, well decorated and quiet even though there were people on the street outside, windows kept out the noise. Aircon works well and is quiet. Staff were very friendly.

No fridge in the room. It's not really a hotel - no bar or restaurant or room service. The pics seemed to show what looks like a roof terrace but there is none. IMO this is a 3* hotel.

The location is amazing! I loved the streets and coffees around it. In 15-20 walking you are in Le Marais. The room is modern and clean.

The air conditioning wouldn’t be regulated and the room was very warm. One of the days, they forgot a set of towels and didn’t recharge the shampoo for two days although we asked for it.

Great location, modern and spacious rooms, very helpful staff, complementary pastries in the morning.

A small point, but no milk ( or fridge ) provided with tea and coffee facilities. However after providing this feedback, I was delivered a packet of milk sachets which was excellent service. Corridors are very dark.

Very nice street with plenty of bar and restaurants. It is very close to a metro station also walking distance from city center. The bed is very comfortable and the room was very clean. Also the stuff was very friendly and helpful.
