Great location, nice hotel, nice bed and barhroom, good cleaning, good gym, amazing neighborhood

They took 100 EUR deposit and promised to return it at checkout and they never did!!! Afterwards they say it was only pre-authorization. Which clearly wasn’t as I paid it with my credit card, clear enough. I keep writing emails since almost 2 months and nobody even looks into it. Unbelievable, this is a theft!

Our third visit which says it all. Convenient for favourite arr 3 ,1,6; very clean. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfasts

Only some niggles, but they were there…no kettle despit instructions on where not to use it! Coffee machine faulty. Radiator didn’t work. Each dealt with when pointed out, but a little annoying.

Good location and comfortable bed good housekeeping every day

So. Some maintenance issues. Sink blocked but they did fix it when we reported it. Plug socket loose and skirting falling off see photos. I didn't report these to see if housekeeping would report a d get it fixed but didn't for 4 days we stayed. If they want 4 stars and excellent then they could pickup on their maintenance inspections.

Hotel had a nice boutique feel, with the internal courtyard area with a kiosk serving waffles & hot drinks & a nice seating area.It was lovely & quiet because we were set do far back from the road. Breakfast was good. The area around had nice shops - a couple of nice restaurants. V close to the metro which made sightseeing v easy.

The name of the hotel was misleading. It's a 15 minute walk to Le Marais. The hotel is actually in the 11th arrondissement, Le Marais is in the 4th. Even though we had a superior room, the room & bathroom were small. And the bed was just a double, not king size

Our executive room was comfortable and spacious, well equipped with a coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave, desk and comfortable armchair. Hot beverage supplies were replenished daily, and upon request when we ran through more than expected. Housekeeping services were excellent, with linens changed daily, in increasingly rare treat. Hotel reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff. Well appointed courtyard was great for sitting with a drink in the afternooon, felt a long way from the hustle and bustle although was still in busy part of town.

Dishwasher in room - odd. NO BEDSIDE TABLE OR BEDSIDE LIGHT ON ONE SIDE - very regrettable!

Everything in this hotel is good! I've been there with my family and we loved! It's located close to subways and great spots like Paris National Opera. It's comfortable and the breakfast is excellent (I don't rate hotel's food like this very often, but Les Jardins Du Marais deserve it). It's comfortable, clean, with big rooms. A special mention to the crew, very friendly and supportive. We've loved every day there and surely will return.

No negative observation here. Everything was really satisfying. We originally were set to stay in another hotel, "Lavie Maison face Palais Royal" which Is a trap in the middle of Paris, a dirty basement full of mold, basically... I had to rent a new place and Les Jardins Du Marais was a great surprise for me and my family, with great crew and perfect installation.

Comfy beds. Lovely little balcony with a nice view of the patio area. Good location. Overall enjoyed our stay.

It wasn’t clear upon booking that the spa and restaurant were closed Sunday & Monday and considering our stay was Saturday to Monday it would’ve been nice to have been told this at check in as we ended up missing out on the spa which was our main reason for booking! There were also a few little things that we felt just should’ve been fixed considering the cost of the stay: bathroom bin lid broken, one of the drawers on the desk was installed upside down (quite funny), no kettle, no robes considering there’s a spa & three items i’m assuming from the previous person/maid were left on the chair.

Property was great good location

The front staff was awful incompetent. We checked in at 7:30am and asked them to call us the first time a room was available. I know the staff came to clean at 7 so out of 233 rooms I know that I could have gotten a room before 3. Then they gave us this horrible room on the basement level so we had to change. I am 80 years old and they could have given us more help

Exceptional service from reception staff including technical and door service's. Also pleasant housekeeping. Hôtel location is perfect as we breakfasted in the area which was relaxed and friendly but metro was so close that we could get to all destinations easily and quickly.

It’s possibly time for a freshen up but to be honest I’ve no complaints. The weather was glorious so we could have spent more time in the courtyard but we were to busy seeing Paris.
