Location Location Location! Room was great, good size for a family and very convenient. TV had British channels which was good as we do not speak French. Breakfast was very nice, fresh fruit and veg every morning.

Low water pressure in the shower The glass separating the shower from the room had a mechanism that turns it clear at a press of a bottom, very embarrassing. We were bitten every night by something, Hotel staff said there was a local issue with bugs. the hotel should do something about this, my girl developed an allergic reaction to one of the bites.

Excellent location next to Metro and lots of Coffees and shopping options. We had very good room for 2 adults and 2 kids (no 600) on the sixth floor with nice balcony and view (the photo below is from our balcony). Usually most of Paris hotels have very small rooms, but this one exceeded our expectations by size and look.

At arrival the guy in reception was not very nice and helpful. I had to come back 3 times to get our key cards working and same with additional blanket for children. However the lady receptionist when checking out was very nice and friendly.

Great location (if that's what you're looking for). Great for businessmen and couples that what's to take a walk in the city with no need for transportation. Excellent and exceptional welcoming nice Staff, that speaks good English. Good job there

Poor breakfast. We were very disappointed. No salad. just cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Poor selection, and you may choose between a small boiled egg or an inedible scrambled egg... It is absolutely recommended to skip and eat in the cafes in the city. The room was nice and clean but too small for us (2 adults+2 kids) but that's reasonable in a big city, with a non open window (why?) with a "view" to another too close building wall.

Central location close to Westfield Les Halles mall, close to Chatelet Metro station and Chatelet Les Halles RER that takes you to Disneyland. Overall room amenities were also good. The room was bigger than most in Paris.

The price was high and we expected more because of it - we had plastic cups in the shower for some reason—no hot water. The glass shower and toilet made it so that you can't keep the light on at night [with kids it's a must] because all of the room will practically be lighted. The hotel floor was noisy and crowded. Overall, the room was ok - we expected a lot more.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was also good and reasonably priced.

A little expensive for two night and fridge was off limits as products could be found outside at a cheaper rate

We recently stayed at Novotel Paris Les Halles with my parents for 5 nights. The location of the hotel is super convenient. The Metro station is door steps away. There are so many restaurants and bars nearby and it is right next to a Westfield shopping centre. The Louvre and the Seine is only a few minutes’ walk. The hotel has good facilities and breakfast is terrific. The staff are very friendly. Everyone at the front desk is super nice, helpful and supportive. My mother was injured during our trip to Europe and she was in wheelchair. When we checked in, my mum didn’t come to the front desk. Before going up to the room, Lada noticed my mum’s situation, she straight away found a different room which right next to the lift for my parents. Lada enquired about my mum’s health every time she saw me, and helped my mum to call a doctor. The host lady at breakfast (I forgot her name) was very caring and attentive. She arranged a sitting close to the breakfast restaurant and help my father to deliver the food to my mum so she didn’t need to walk the stairs. On the day we left, we need to catch the train to Amsterdam. Due to Tour de France, there was no taxi. With my mum in the wheelchair, and many luggage, we couldn’t travel through the metro by ourselves. Careen and the other gentleman at Reception tried their best to help us. Paolo also sent us to Gare du Nord. On the way, he helped with our luggage, managed to prevent us being pocket lifted. At the train station, he also helped us to liaise with the staff to arrange the accessible services for my mum. All in all, we have a memorable stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles. I can’t thank enough to everyone who helped us during our stay. I highly recommend the hotel, and we will definitely stay again next time we are in Paris.

i had requested room near elevators since i walk with cane, given a room way way way down should have a seat or two in front of elevators for those who have to sit down or walk with cane. I requested 2 separate beds - we did get 2 beds but together what is wrong with putting table between 2 beds!! some people snore!!! chairs in room very housekeeping was good cleaning room and changing sheets when requested every day., very good. but our air conditioning in room was terrible!! kkept going off at night!!! upon arrival, i looked for a dining room - separate from bar - there were children running in the bathrooms and in the bar - it was awful!!!! and no staff stopped them......i did not like having dinner in bar, altho our service was excellent, even tho I had to send back my dish because when I salted food top of salt shaker fell off and they had to make me a new dish....the common area downstairs could have been cleaner - too many people just walk in from street - security good, and staff, particularly "Florian" was very helpful, as well as "Jonathan"

cleaner common areas, particularly bathroom downstairs, and take out those sillyplay room for kids, so many germs not cleaned and just attract noisykids running around, i didn't pay $500nite room for that!! if you wantto serve dinner, better set up dinnertables with cloths, larger tables! otherwise I'll just order bar food, ...air conditioning could have been better in common areas. I thought prices of $500nite for a room was way too expensive for what you got!!

The hotel is in a prime location. In less than 5 minutes you can walk to the banks of the Seine. The central Métro station Châtelet is right outside the door. The room was spacious and clean. Towels were changed every day. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating (especially Olivier and Paulo). They have tips for restaurants, etc. We were able to have our luggage stored in a secured luggage room after checking out. Food was not included in our overnight stay. At 24€ p.p. breakfast was too expensive for us. In the surrounding area there are numerous options for this.

The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. We had problems with Taxi's due to the road works around Paris. The desk staff were helpful in assisting us with getting alternate taxi services. Rooms were cleaned every day and cleaning staff in general were also very helpful and friendly. location was excellent for walking around Paris and for accessing cafes and restaurants.

The beds were OK to sleep on, but I have slept on better beds in similar rated hotels. The restaurant food menu was a bit limited, but food quality and presentation was very good.

Coffee pots were a nice touch. Would be even better if the coffee capsules were replenished daily; one per guest. But enjoyed the complimentary coffee nevertheless.

We had to leave early for a tour and requested for takeaway for the paid breakfast. The takeaway breakfast was disappointing considering the amount we paid. There were 4 of us. 2 takeaway bags were prepared. We had to share the yoghurt. The white bread was cold with no spreads provided. The other things given were packaged cakes. They should have given each person a jar of yoghurt, croissant, chocolate bun and some cut cheese and a hard boiled egg together with the orange juice.
