Great buffet breakfast with good selection of big croissants, hot food, yoghurts, very nice teas, good coffee machines, cheeses, hams, cakes, pancakes, bread, jams, and cut fruits. The 6 person room was a good size. The beds were soft and comfy. There was a dividing door between both rooms. Hotel was well designed and modern with very good lighting and furnishings. Good lifts to rooms. Nice games room on lower floor with arcade machine, pinball, punching bag, ping pong and pool table. Easy access to hippopotamus restaurant through adjoining door. Good value half board. Hippopotamus restaurant worked well for us and was good value - the allowance of €25 per person for dinner was just enough in the end - this included drinks. The area felt safe for us. Indigo car park just behind the hotel worked well and currently does a deal for 7 nights at a similar price to 3 nights. Great access to metro and tram lines into city centre. Good free map. Most of the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Good that there is a gym but bare in mind only 2 running machines and 2 sit back cycle machines. Only given one room key between 5 people. Staff at check in are quite short / dismissive and we needed to ask questions to things we expect to be explained e.g., times of breakfast / dinner, how it works, map of the city (which is available) etc. City tax has gone up by x4 so had an extra €121 to pay - nothing the hotel could do about this one. The kettle in our room didn't work properly. There was a lot of noise coming through the floor from the room above on our last night which kept us up a bit. The room smelt a bit of damp when we arrived. The USB power sockets in the room didn't work. A bit of TLC needed here and there (e.g., toilet roll holders in the bathroom were loose).

Breakfast was fair, sausage on the breakfast would have been nice, the decor of the hotel was 100%

Wish the hotel waa closer to Paris, that would be perfect, but saying that we found the trains good and we would come back to the hotel

The hotel is wonderfully priced for what is offered. It's right on the 7 train, so you can reach all the sights you want to see in Paris in 20-30 minutes. The room is small, but fair for the price paid, and we weren't staying in the room much anyways! I saw reviews about concerns the area is unsafe. I never once felt that way. There is a park next door with some homeless people, but this is a major metropolitan city, there are homeless people. I never once felt unsafe or in danger walking the 2 minutes to the Metro, and I wasn't hanging around outside at night in the park besides that. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was great.

Nothing, it was exactly as described. An affordable, cute hotel outside of the city center.

Check in staff were very helpful, the hotel was clean and modern and the breakfast was plentiful. This is a really nice hotel and has a lovely feel to it. It is really close to the metro station which is very handy. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is an easy option if you are not inclined to go out in the evening or if you've had a big day enjoying the sites of Paris.

The only thing I didn't like was the location which was very undesirable. While this doesn't reflect my stay at the hotel itself, it is unfortunately a big downfall especially as a young woman travelling on her own. It's such a shame as these problems in the area are recent as far as I know, but it will have an impact on this hotel and the businesses in the area. I didn't go anywhere else in the close vicinity of the hotel as it didn't feel safe, particularly at night. Fortunately there is good police presence at and around the very close metro station, but none on the train itself. I wouldn't stay in the current condition as a single woman or with young children. I hope things improve for the hotel.

Firstly, a huge thank you to the staff for being incredibly helpful, allowing me to check in quickly and get a hotel room earlier than the check-in time. The self-luggage storage felt very secure, which I really appreciated. As for the hotel itself, it's very fancy with great decor. The rooms are spacious and feel very cosy. The bathroom was gorgeous, featuring a great bath and a nice shower. While the room wasn't as quiet as I had hoped, it didn't disturb my sleep. I would definitely return again!

The neighbourhood feels a bit scary after 8 PM. I didn't feel very secure and preferred to come back with an Uber rather than taking the metro. There were also issues with bed bugs in the past. Although I saw a few orange shells in the seams of the bedding, I didn't get bitten and didn't see any bugs anywhere in the room. The mattress was a special anti-bed bug one, which suggests the hotel took the situation seriously and worked it out.

The property was very good value for money. Rooms very comfortable and available in a range of sizes. I got a double room at a discounted rate. The location is not central Paris but the Metro line 7 is right outside the hotel and you are at the Louvre in 25 minutes with no line changes. The area is perfectly safe with a few local cafes and bars, but I was usually travelling into the town centre. The breakfast was excellent quality so always get a room with breakfast included - it will save you money.

Was so clean, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, a little small but still very likeable. Nice shower! The hotel was very instagrammable! Had a bit of a cool corporate vibe, lots of meeting rooms and places you could hang out in large groups. Very very close to the metro which was fab. Staff were really nice and welcoming

What wasn’t great is that the bar/restaurant area closed at 10am and then opened at 3pm. We were not able to get coffee/water even from the downstairs. Also the breakfast was ok, but was only 17 euro, did the job before a morning of exploring!!

Good size room with small table and plush seating next to the comfortable beds, could open the window, aircon and TV easy to work, good WiFi service, minimal noise from other rooms or outside traffic, friendly and helpful staff, security staff at entrance area, restaurants next door or across the road, supermarket near by, buffet breakfast at extra cost, convenient location next to Metro line 7, 15 min to Gare de l'Est, lockers in entrance area to store luggage before check-in or after checkout.

Breakfast costs 17 euros, it's cheaper to stop at a bakery.

About 20-25 minutes on metro to the city centre, the station is 100 meters from hotel. The hotel itself was clean and provided excellent value for money on the dates we stayed in late May.

The location of the hotel, or more the surroundings were not the most favourable. However, I would still recommend the hotel but more so for couples or groups as opposed to individual travellers.

Lovely clean, modern hotel. Away from the hustle & bustle of the city but some nice restaurants and cafes just outside - great food, friendly staff. Read reviews about the area beforehand but we found it to be very quiet, calm. A few homeless people sadly but there are lots all around Paris.
