Beautiful hotel, very clean and had a gym/pool area. The rooms were a good size, very clean. Staff were also very kind and helpful. Had a problem with the key cards but they were quick to help and get this sorted. Great location about 40 minute drive to centre of Paris. Would definitely stay again!

Asked for a room with a double bed and a single bed but were given 3 single beds, 2 being pushed together to make a double. Didn’t mind as we were only there 2 nights. They do ask for a deposit via card which we didn’t prepare for but totally understand. However, do think the deposit could be lower as it wasn’t much less than what we paid for the hotel.

I was almost scared booking the room when I read the negative review online but on entering the facility,I was suprised and happy ..They had a good hotel and a good place to escape for holiday .tleach room had kitchen with microwave and cooker .Very clean and spacious room .Friendly staff .Good spa treatment .it really went beyond my expectations and am glad I came .I requested that they should give me one hour excess before checking out and they accepted .My deposit was refunded fast even before I got to the airport .They have very lovely and friendly staff.I look forward to coming to the hotel next time that I am in Paris .lovely people

Although the hotel didn't have a power adaptor reception was very helpful in directing me to where I could easily buy one Reception staff were very welcoming & helpful on check in Walking access to the village made our last night in France very relaxing & enjoyable

Very clean, big room (booked the studio), air conditioning and bathroom were my favourites, also having a fridge does a lot. The Spa is nice but only open until 9pm, I usually got back only at 8 from work so didn't get the most out of it.

I wish I could have used the TV as well but it didn't work and staff sometimes couldn't speak English well enough to tell me how it works. The 250€ deposit is a lot as well, I am lucky to have read about it before but it's a lot and they don't tell you until you arrive.

The swimming pool is very nice and so is the little Jacuzzi . We enjoyed the steam and sauna.  good bed good size bathroom & a bar with nice wine. The staff was very nice, and the lobby beautiful. There was a little kitchenette in our room, and they gave us each a bottle of water & coffee.

The room is very stuffy and no air. There’s an air conditioner it just doesn’t work.  The Jacuzzi had so much chlorine in it that it made my eyes tear.  We had dinner, and it was very underwhelming.  breakfast was OK, but for €20 it could have been better. 

great location near to the airport but little far from the center. A mall near by have everything you need ,quiet place with comfortable rooms.

while checking in lots of mistakes happened with payment and not focusing of the staff and charging me twice till I stopped them and corrected them .

The restaurant and the service were exceptionally good, a great team. The spa was clean and à welcome break, although it was lacking a few things that were not working

The reception staff were not as professional or welcoming as the resort of the staff.. example waiting at least 10 seconds before looking up to serve you and finishing a conversation before serving the client.. the navette to the airport was not well signposted with hôtel staff..

Position and shuttle bus service from & to the airport 20 min walk to supermarket

The spa wasn’t hot enough and the breakfast staff, were disorganised even though there was plenty of food to choose from ln the future seat your customers at a fully set table so your staff doesn’t interrupt your breakfast, moving you to another table not even a clean table but onto someone else’s table because he wants to set up for lunch 😬
