The staff were very helpful, especially Alexandra who assisted us on our arrival and Gaetan who was helpful on our departure. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The location was ideal for a stop over heading North. There are plenty of local shops.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, The room was clean and well prepared as well as being comfortably warm. Although the hotel is located at a busy road junction the room on the second floor was quiet. A huge hypermarche is located close to the hotel and fuel can be purchased there at competitive prices. The hotel restaurant does not operate at weekends but a Chinese buffet style restaurant is only a five minute walk away with excellent food and very reasonably priced. The breakfast at the hotel had great variety and was excellent value that could cater for all tastes.

It would have been better for the hotel restaurant to be open to provide meals at weekends. Although there is an alternative restaurant nearby there is a very poor footpath beside a busy road and it is potentially dangerous particularly to make this walk in pouring rain at night. I was travelling by motorcycle so was left with no alternative than to make this rather risky trip on foot.

The room would have been better with air-conditioning. There was a fan which was just about adequate on a very warm night. The restaurant was not open for dinner on the date of our arrival but the receptionist was very helpful in recommending local restaurants. The signage for the hotel was not really visible from the road access to the car park so it was a little confusing on first arrival.

Location was perfect for our drive from UK to Costa del Sol, not far from the motorway exit. Carpark wasn't locked/secure, but we felt that our car was safe there. Rooms were compact, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (kettle, tea & decaf coffee, 2 milk cups, soap & shower gel). We asked for a quiet room which is what we got. This hotel is pet friendly and was fine for our dogs. There is a very small grass area in front and behind the hotel to give the dogs a comfort break. Reception is not 24hr but they give clear instructions on how to access your room if you'll be arriving out of hours. For the price we felt this hotel was great value and would stay there again.

Good shower facilities. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant area for breakfast was very clean and tidy. I have to repeat again how very nice the staff were, they made you feel genuinely welcome.

Decor was tired and dated. Seating area outside was a bit scruffy. Plant tubs would have benefitted from some plants which were alive. However for the price that I paid I should not really complain. It was only an overnight stop.

Liked that it had a kettle in the room; that it had a proper key for the room; that they asked if you wanted dinner/breakfast; really comfortable bed; cosy duvet; dog friendly; fab dog friendly Italian restaurant across the road. Also enough free parking right outside the door & great location for an overnight.

A bit mucky around the window frame but at least the window opened to let air in, unlike our previous night’s accommodation!

This hotel is much nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. Nice rooms with good beds and they are even fairly cosy. Bathroom is small but fine. You can make free coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was great, usually hotel buffets aren't really worth their money, but there it surely is, great quality and variety of products, quite a few organic, and things you don't see every day such as grade a maple syrup, so breakfast was much better than expected.

They might need to clean the air vents a bit.

Good location, once you find it in the dark! Also, local facilities including a cheap (cheaper than the autoroute!) fuel station.

Booked through booking.com to include evening meal and paid tariff to include this. On arrival, dinner not available. Still not figured out, or had response, about how to claim this back. Staff very apologetic and directed us to a local Chinese buffet place.

The staff , Claire is excellent, everytime you walk through the door you are met with a big smile and a very warm welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for Claire or the rest of the staff . Its just off the motorway, no more than 5 mins your at the hotel so its convenient for travel between France and Spain . Its also very pet friendly.

Nothing ,there is absolutely nothing not to like about this gem of a place.

The staff were especially welcoming and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and in spite of being on a busy crossroads the room was quiet. The location is close to the A10 making it a convenient stopover when heading from the south to the channel ports. We had our dog with us and were grateful for a ground floor room.

We found it difficult to identify the hotel due to the signage - what you see is HOTEL INN with 'design' written very faintly underneath. We passed it by on the first attempt. The dinner provided by the hotel was not very good. There is very little choice of places to eat close by so many of the hotel guests ate in and this is apparently the norm so it was disappointing that they were not able to provide better fare . Although we were glad to have a room on the ground floor, it was very small and the twin beds were about 15 cm apart.
