This is quiet, charming, old fashioned hotel from the outside but cosy and modern within. Room a little small perhaps and tiny but perfectly appointed bathroom, with the usual, slightly precarious French (spiral) staircase of once upon a time. Staff sweet and super helpful and owner a treasure: left me in charge for half an hour one afternoon while accompanying another guest to the local garage to sort out mechanical problems. A 10 minute walk from the station and less than a minute from the tiny, compact, centre; there's a nice little patio outside for a drink or snacks and the breakfast room inside is perfect for reading a book or catching up on e-mails. Arles is in truth a 2 day stay max, with half a dozen arty and historical sites worth visiting, great eateries and bakeries but also some awesome book shops.

The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very nice. The location in the old town was excellent.

The “property” was excellent. However, if you have a car, as we did - I recommend not parking in the old town. My only quibble with the room was the glass bathroom door - which was directly opposite our bed. It offered limited privacy, and the light was pretty bright if someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The establishment's location is quite central, in the heart of Arles. It is conveniently a 15-minute walk from the CENTRE VILLE parking area, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city on foot. As for breakfast, guests can look forward to a comprehensive spread that is designed to kick-start your day on a high note. Lastly, the room was spacious, offering plenty of room for relaxation and comfort after a day of sightseeing.

On the floor, there was a light that remained on all the time. Although it emitted low power, the presence of this light along with the kind of flooring suggested that the room was probably an outdoor patio or an entranceway from the street. This feature was unique, but it didn't add to the overall ambiance that I was expecting in the space.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the city. It is also close to the area where you can find restaurants and clubs. Camera da letto ben curata e pulita. Trovate tutto il necessario.

For those arriving by car, parking is a bit problematic. However, you can find public car parks nearby where you can leave your car for a fee. The cost is really low, around €3, to park it from evening to the following morning. The mezzanine with two single beds is comfortable for two children. Difficult to access for people who are not particularly agile.

This is a charming hotel in the center of Arles historical district. The building and rooms are all made of stone. Rain shower was an unexpected treat. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast offered lots of options.

I could have used a towel bar to hang towels in the bathroom instead of lightweight hooks in the door.

My room was very thoughtfully arranged. The hotel is in the historic area, so space is limited AND very fun and unusual alternatives. For example, not room for a closet? No worries! An historic harness can be suspended with 4-6 hangers which is all we needed and less leaving things behind! Location is amazing 2 or 3 minute walk to the Rhone River. Couldn't be better AND our cars are tights fits on ancient roads! Breakfast included homemade yocurt and jams and was a great serve yourself set up!

Really and truly (and I AM a picky traveler), there was nothing I didn't like AND the staff was attentive, thorough and ajoy to be around.

The location was ideal for walking all around the city of Arles. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay there the room was fairly small but we expected that in an older facility and enjoyed it anyway.

If you are traveling with a car be aware of the way that the streets are managed with ballads that have to be remotely dropped in order for you to enter into the city. The parking garage was helpful although pretty tight to maneuver in and out but that's an older City and we were able to figure it out fine. The staff was very very helpful the breakfast was outstanding and we enjoyed our stay there

A friendly, family-run business that is prepared to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. For example, whenever I was returning to my room after some time outside, whoever happened to be at the hotel reception insisted on giving me a fresh bottle of cool drinking water which was very welcome on a warm summer day. They also brought my bags up the somewhat steep flight of stairs to my second-floor room for me., saving me the trouble.

We booked 1 of the 2 parking spots. The staff gave EXCELLENT directions by phone and a map… just a bit difficult to navigate as the streets are 1 way and very narrow. We managed and would do it again for the location. Room was small HOWEVER we knew that going in. It was cozy and very charming.

The staff were so helpful throughout our stay, they were always available to provide advice and help. The breakfasts were lovely, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotels location in the heart of the old town was perfect.

There was nothing not to like!
