Easy location off the motorway. Handy to go to the hypermarche and fast food places across the road. Nice to have two single beds for the kids in the family room rather than a sofa bed. Breakfast very good and great central space to use in the evening to play cards and table football. Staff very friendly.

Not exactly pleasant views but that’s not what we booked it for. My French is ok and we got by but I struggled to communicate with the staff over a more complicated question as there was no English spoken.

Big, clean comfy rooms with a good size bathroom. We use this as a transit hotel on route to Italy, 2nd time I've been. It's on the outskirts in an industrial area, so ideal to jump back on the motorways and there's a MacDonald's close by to grab something to eat and a Chinese if it's open.

Not hotels fault, but an idiot was banging on our door in the early hours, no night staff to deal with it.

Staff very helpfull. Location good access off motorway. Very close to local services / Petrol station if needed. Hotel looked in good condition / quite new. Room fine and sound proofing between rooms.

Breakfast needs improvemet (croissants undercooked for example) - basic but otherwse ok to get you back on the road..

We went to check in ( 10.40pm ish) and the computer wasn’t working. It took over 30mins for staff to sort (reception was helpful - but I don’t know if it’s always manned?). Given the computer glitch, I’d be nervous to use this hotel again if turning up outside manned reception times.

Once again I was pleasantly surprised by B&B. For a budget hotel chain, it was really really nice. On top of that, it appeared to be a newer hotel, and the room was bigger than, say, in Colmar.

The bed is a bit too hard for me, but I think it’s typical for this price category. Also I had a car for a 10-min drive downtown, otherwise I am not sure about the transport…

Comfortable hotel for a 'pit-stop' as we travelled through France. The city centre of Reims was within easy reach. Room was clean and functional. Staff were friendly and it was an easy stay.

Wi-Fi kept asking you to log-in and full details requested each time which was irritating. Other than that, it was really good.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we thought it was quite expensive just for breakfast. We drove into central Reims to go to a boulangerie for pastries and coffees. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and we had a nice view over the valley from our window. The hotel has ample parking. The shower in our room was lovely and very clean.

As a guest, you are only supplied with one pillow per person (assuming you travel as a couple). When we asked for another pillow we were informed they had no spare pillows. We asked every day of our visit and received the same answer. At night time there would often be people hanging around outside the front of the hotel, usually smoking. It was at times, quite intimidating.

The location was great for our needs. There is a bus stop to take you into town about 5 mins walk. The bus was easy. The property was clean & comfortable, breakfast was good & the staff were exceptional. There is a shopping centre with restaurants about 5 minutes walk.

This location made a great effort to offer something slightly extra compared with similarly positioned hotels. Design elements in some instances were interesting and practical (light switches, soap dispensers etc). Others, such as the lack of a sliding door in the shower stopping water from spraying onto the bathroom floor was unfathomable! The front door staff were great. Despite their young age, they had the right attitude and a good sense of humour to make the experience start well. The lockable main gates were also well received as we were travelling up from the Midi back to the UYK with a lot of paraphenalia which we appreciated not having to move into the bedroom.

The lack of a shower door, as above. That's all.

The property is very easy to find from the Toll Road. It’s a brand new hotel. Very clean staff very friendly in fact one of the staff offered to help me offload luggage as he saw my partner was in a wheel chair. USB points are installed next to the bed. The wet room was spacious great for wheel chair users. Just down the road is a retail park with a nice Asian buffet.
