A massive thank you to all the staff, who were so nice to Raffi (5) and made his holiday very special.

Room was adequate - bed comfortable - on first floor, no lift. Excellent lunch in restaurant, staff very attentive. Ambience very good - it was my birthday and I love to "people watch" -the restaurant a perfect oppurtunity!

There were only 2 electrical sockets in the bedroom - both behind the bed, and 1 was broken.A bit of a job to connect my digital alarm clock. 1 of the bedside lamps had a dud bulb. The shower was difficult to access - quite high step up and difficult to get out after the shower as there was no handle for support.

Nice hotel and its very close to the beach. Neptune also has a bar / restaurant serving good food.

It is a great location, right in the heart of Soulac, close to beach, shops, bars etc. Some of the staff were lovely.

Er, where do I start? This is such a waste as it has the potential to be an amazing hotel but quite frankly it seems to be falling apart. Two amazing roof terraces but so dilapidated we decided not to risk it. The room was ok but again, just shabby. Underneath the hotel is a popular bar/restaurant and it feels like this is the centre of attention but I couldn't find another hotel in Soulac so there's no competition and it's probably full all summer. Could be amazing but it's not. Add that to the gentleman in charge of breakfast who'd obviously graduated from the Basil Fawlty School of Hotel Management....don't expect a coffee refill and for the love of god don't try and take your coffee outside!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the beach, in the town centre and close to restaurants. Towels were changed each day.

The toilet and bathroom were a disgrace. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet, broken light fittings and although the water was hot the shower needs a complete renovation. No shelf or surface to put toiletries on. No hot water in the sink and the tap cut out after a few seconds and refused to run hot and no plug in the sink.

The owner is a rude unpleasant person> Soulac is a wonderful little town - just DO NOT stay at the Neptune

Location was central

No wifi, no air-conditioning, noisy. No staff available. Decrepit, aging facility with minimal maintenance undertaken. It advertises air-conditioning and wifi but neither work. Very noisy due to local nightclubs. Security for bikes was not lockable.
