Located across from the train station and walking distance to the Old Town. The check in gentleman was very good, but loved the lady and guy on the morning of our check out. Both engaging with the guests in any of the major languages. I booked a room for three, and got a very large, clean, and a good view. Wifi was really good including the elevator. I did not partake breakfast at the hotel, but go around the corner boulangerie / coffee spot, there is another boulangerie that is now my favorite and perfect spot to pick up baguette sandwiches for the train ride home. Overall, I would choose this place again.

We went to Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets and this hotel was just lovely. It was literally a 2 minute walk from the train station, a 10 minute walk to the markets, and yet it was very quiet. The room was very clean and quite large. And the bathroom had a large tub....a rare treat during our travels. Treats were left in the room for us, which was a nice surprise. Lastly, the breakfast was wonderful and only 11 euros. In comparison, we stayed in a different hotel the following night, right down the street, which was more expensive and had a breakfast for 20 euros. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

I forgot my business suit (a jacket) in the closet from the room I stayed in. I contacted the hotel a day after. They said they have found my jacket and that they would keep my jacket so I could pick it up when I would be around (2 weeks later). When I arrived 2 weeks later, they said they couldn't help me and that they haven't found my jacket. The store does not match what they first said. They didn't even let me speak only said they couldn't help me and say I could send an e-mail.

The location is unbeatable! Incredible view of the train station and the lively square in front. It’s hard not to spend hours just watching the everyday hustle of this vibrant, charming area and the cinematic station, a landmark in itself. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Easily one of the best experiences of my summer trip. Honestly, I couldn’t understand how it was so affordable.

Hotel is ok, located across the central station and about 200 meters from the old town island. Little France is around the corner and worth a visit at several daylight variants. Right next to it there's a supermarket and some restaurants. Rooms had a TV and air conditioner, breakfast was available for 11€ (September 2023) per person and it's a good breakfast, with very nice options. I'd definitely recommend it, cheeses, hams, eggs, breads, yogurts, cereals, coffee on demand, etc. Staff was always very friendly. Our view over the central station plaza was very beautiful. Tram can be found about 200 meters away.

Parking is only available at a local parking house about 350 meters away. You can get a discount ticket down to 15€ a day, which reduced our stay from 55€ to 45€, not the best but of course welcome. There were a few more spiderwebs (and the one or two spiders) than what I would have liked, although all the rest was always very clean.

Friendly staff, no extra charge for pets (dogs), toiletries offered. I was positively surprised. The bathroom is small but very functional, it has everything one might need. Very close to the train station!

There are some steps to get from the sidewalk into the building, so it's also hard if you're carrying heavy luggage. But it's really just a few steps, so nothing major. The corridor and room doors are kind of heavy, it's hard to keep the heavy doors open while moving around with luggage (and a small dog!). Some other guests were loud at some point in the night, and the rooms are not really soundproof (so it seems), so I woke up when that happened. Also, the street is loud; however, the room is air-conditioned, so again not a major issue, in my view. Despite these minor problems, I would still recommend it!

There is a weird smell as you enter the room and it definitely needs airing before any length of stay. The keys have to be handed in every time you go out which means waiting for quite a long time until the receptionist deigns to finish their phone call - your hurry is not their problem! :D So plan for extra time!

Very well located. Just opposite the main train station. Hotel is easily spotted across the train station. Not noisy despite being so near the train station. Lift is small but the room size is ok. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Walking distance to many attractions. Nice place. Also easy to get a train to nearby town, Colmar. Good stay. Recommended.

Perfect central location, opposite the train station. Close to the old town, supermarkets, restaurants. The internet was fast when it worked (didn't work the first day), the staff was very nice and approachable. The room was clean, quiet, beds were comfy and the bathroom clean. The AC worked ok. There was also coffee & tea available in the room. We were able to check in earlier than the expected 2pm.

Internet didn't work the first day (but worked fine the next). The bathroom door was see through, not a big problem but it may be inconvenient at times. As expected in the city centre, the hotel is in a relatively old building with a very narrow staircase and small elevator, 2 people max at a time.
