Fabulous, old house in the middle of the town, tastefully and up kept, with exceptional flair and magic atmosphere. The owners are very sociable, kind and courteous, keen to share tips and information about the region. The breakfast with home-made produce was super tasty. Rooms are extremely spacious, comfortable and well heated when there's a need. Everything is super-clean and good quality. I don't recall if the mattress was hard or soft, but I've slept very well.

We had a spacious and comfortable suite on the top floor of this lovely 18th century building. It’s full of character with some interesting artworks and ornaments. The bed was comfortable and it was great to find the heating was on as it was a cold wet day. The breakfast was very generous and included several homemade cakes and no less than 12 different preserves to choose from. We managed to have a great chat with our host despite our limited French and his slightly better English.

It was very comfortably appointed, the room was large and kept the heat of the day out. The hosts were exceptionally helpful in describing hikes to take.

I didn’t like that YOU, Booking.com, take $10 for letting me use your algorithms. The price of the room is $60, but I was charged $70. When I asked the host, they said the $10 was your fee. This seems exorbitant to me—14%. I don’t know if the reservation mentioned this or not, but if it did it was in extremely small print. I will try to avoid booking with you in the future because of this.

We had two spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms at the third floor with a beautiful view towards the mountains. The hotel is nicely situated on a peaceful street with old houses but still right in the center. The owner took personally good care of the visitors. Everything functioned well and we enjoyed our short visit and hoped we had time to stay longer. There is a nice breakfast with home made bread - even rye bread! - and many different sweet breads like scons with home made jams. If you are used to a bit sturdier breakfast look for the shelves by the wall so you will find cornflakes etc. - unfortunatelly we noticed them only when we were leaving... There was even decaffeinated expresso availbale that the owner was ready to cook for me when I happend to mention that I love coffee but have a problem with the caffeine.

Great location with friendly hosts. Amazingly large rooms and bathroom with views of the hills, comfy and clean. Lovely homecooked meal and large breakfast. Nice location close to shops and evening walk around the old part of town. Safe place to leave bikes too.

A wonderful old house where you feel very comfortable. Great beds and furnishings. Kettle and tea in the room which is very convenient. Excellent breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed everything, thank you!

Very cyclist-friendly and helpful host who was even washing our clothes, big room for three, garage for the bikes, great breakfast, very good advice on which road to take - great experience, absolutely recommendable!

Very friendly, helpful hosts who were willing to indulge us trying to speak and understand our French. Delicious breakfasts with a huge selection of homemade jam and cake. Beautiful spacious rooms in an old house.

We arrived before check in time but the host gave us our room and information about the town. There was free safe and secure parking on the street outside the premises. The bedroom was clean and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. The home prepared food for the breakfast was fabulous.

Very welcoming hosts. A very pretty location and the accommodation was very characterful and spacious. Good bathroom also. A very good dinner was provided at an excellent price and breakfast the next morning was excellent.

The double bed was too small and please get some better pillows. This does seem to be a common problem in rural France we are finding.
