Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got lots of info regarding restaurants and a map of the area as we wanted to explore the surroundings, including the Swiss side of the lake. We went there off season and Nathalie was kind to upgrade our room. Liked that it was close to the station and also had the town centre nearby.

Right next to the train and bus stations - a perfect stop off of you’re transiting through thonon. Super friendly staff - they let me store my large ski bag in the secure lobby overnight to avoid carrying it upstairs. Also they gave lots of recommendations about where to eat etc. Very clean rooms and great showers.

Would be nice to have a kettle and coffee facilities in the room but not a big problem.

The hotel is very center located, the staffs are very nice and friendly, giving lots of good advice on every bit of tips, from online response to in person check in. The room is neat and clean, beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good valued and we all had a very lovely stay.

having issues with carrying on with my journey ... i returned to the hotel to reorganise my journey ... i knew i would feel safe

I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter and this hotel was perfect. The lady who ran the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful - looking up bus times, and even phoning me afterwards to let me know the timetable had changed! The bed was the most comfy I’ve stayed in, and the room was clean and quiet. The hotel was just outside the train station - closer than I thought - and right on the main square. It’s an 8 minute walk from the funicular railway that takes you down to the beautiful lake below. Good breakfast too. Thank you!

Such a friendly welcome and there was nothing that was could not be done for us. Places recommended to eat and a map to orientate us too. Breakfast was a good range of items and a very good value stay.

The room was comfortable and we wanted to leave and arrive for a late dinner even if the reception is not available you could enter with a code.

The location is great as close to the train station but you can expect the usual sensation regarding safety from any city within the blocks next to the train station.

Terrific small family owned hotel. Extremely clean while it's not fancy it couldn't be in a better location. The owners couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The only thing I would share is it doesn't have an elevator, but they will help with luggage for sure and the continental breakfast is lovely for 9 euros.

Friendly staff. Less than 3 mins walk to station. Rooms clean and decent size. Ear plugs were provided which worked surprisingly well

The weather made the rooms very hot but the hotel provided 2 fans to help keep us cool.
