The level of cleanliness, check-in, check-out, parking facility, geographic position, near to restaurants and shopping centers, quiet area. Overall a nice hotel to stay if you like the quiet life.

Storage spaces in rooms, not to much tv channels, walking up and down from the room for coffee and tea, breakfast not very diverse and the personal hygiene products (the shower gel and shampoo bottles need a hard hand to squeeze them)

The room that was given to me was 101 - way better than what i expected!!! Plenty of space, clean, silent, with great WiFi signal, enough space on the desk for working with my laptop in the evening. Definitely staying there again when i go to Lille for work :) Friendly staff, even though they didn't know how to speak English properly.

Not much to say here - overall the staying experience was good. What i would suggest for improvement is to increase the variety of things to offer in breakfast. Other than that everything was ok. Last but not least, i would recommend to keep the windows open when they can in the rooms so that the air can circulate ;)

A modern hotel, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and a 24 hour reception is provided. Free coffee or tea available in the dining room. A good shower with plenty of hot water. The parking facility is good and secure. We enjoyed our short stay and would be happy to stop again.

The bathroom is a bit small, as is the bedroom..

Good location for trips to Lille and also Stade Pierre-Mauroy. Excellent parking. A selection of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Bring your own tea bags if that's your preferred drink. No tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms.

They have wonderful staff, and the room is cleaned very well.

I wouldn’t say I don’t like, just the hotel style is a bit old fashioned, like stay in the movie from west US.

The staff was great. The location was very convenient with couple of nice restaurants around, transport close and easy access with a car.

The reservation was made ŵith a bad but this was not the case. The room was a bit close to the highway so if you are someone who has problems with a bit of noise you should take another room

at the cross roads, clean, renewed bathroom comfy bed and pillow, free parking, good staff. nice italian restaurant and a bistro close by.

Very clean, warm enough for January, we arrived around 23:00 and there was no pb waiting for us. Enough parking spaces at the hotel for free. We were there only for one night.

I don't have any bad things to say. Maybe the fact that there was no cooler/refrigerator and no glasses in the room. Is not the most modern hotel, but for the price we paid and for a 3 stars hotel is great.
