The main reception man on arrival was very friendly,efficient, considerate and friendly I knew we would enjoy our stay as he had a lot of people to deal with booking in but did it in a great way,not rushing you through but ticking the boxes. He's an asset to your team and that's why I'm giving you this feedback as usually I can't be bothered but he requested it and due to his hard work I feel its the least I can do. Many thanks to him and his colleagues.

Nothing to dislike for the price. Location for our motorbiking trip was excellent and we were in room 15 with our bikes alarmed secured and outside our window. 👏 brilliant

"one-night before airport departure hotel" - ideal solution. Close to Chambery airport: 5min by taxi (15EUR) or 30min walking (with walking could be troubles, cause a half of the way is not supported for the walkers - just for cars). Very good breakfast (more continental than French) for that price. Everything is clear.

Around the hotel are only car roads with sufficient traffic and almost no way for walkers. Food shop Intermarche, what is located just across the roundabout, is hardly achievable because no dedicated walking zones for walkers. taxi: Uber is not coming. Bolt is not responding.

Nice place to stay. Good clean rooms with just all the necessary things for accommodation. Reception was reachable by phone and after 10 p.m. they offered late check-in by distance. Easy to communicate with personnel, breakfast was also good.

No serious problems were noticed. Probably, for someone location of the hotel could be a problem. Taxi or other transportation could be needed to get to the city or university campus.

Clean room, good size, comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is available. For dinner there is a BBQ restaurant around the corner (with quite good food!). A perfect one night stay on an auto-trip.

Although the rooms were clean, the building could do with some upgrading and the window frames needed a good clean in both our room and the public area.

Budget hotel for short stop over stay, with close proximity to Chambery Airport. Rooms are small, twin or double format, en-suite, TV - no T/coffee - but fully functional and clean. Restaurant separate but adjacent was bland in decor but friendly and food was good. Breakfast in hotel was continental and absolutely fine. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Our review is through the lens as a stopover budget hotel, ideal for breaking a journey or using the airport. Note airport is close in distance but roads are busy and unsuitable for families to walk to/from the office. We used a local taxi firm which charged a very high fare - understandable in sense of coming out from town centre and very short chargeable distance - nonetheless expensive!

Great location close to the lake. Restaurant for dinner practically next door, supermarket within sight, easy 4-5 minute walk. No problems at all, everything was very nice.

Location relatively convenient to conference site at Technolac.

Water ran out from shower onto floor of room; constantly had to mop up - bad design/construction. No tea/coffee-making facility in room and not allowed to use equipment in breakfast area outside breakfast - very poor policy!

A small very clean hotel with simple rooms. Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast. Nicely located close to the lake. Great place to spend a night on the long route. The team was very helpful. Air conditioning was working fine. It might be problematic to sleep with an open window because the road nearby is a bit noisy. But with the window closed it is fine.

The room is somewhat small

Breakfast was really decent, we liked the bread. The location is excellent. Easy access from the motorway, and then it leaves us to explore the lake. The mattress was very comfy, slept like babies. Shower unit works really well.

Staff are just normal, not going the extra mile. Breakfast could be done slightly better, perhaps including two or three local products, and a wider variety of fruits.
