Good spa available to hotel residents. Reasonable sized room - we chose one with a hot tub on our balcony and it didn't disappoint! Restaurant excellent - both evening meal and breakfast. Sommelier was most informative.

Despite booking the restaurant in advance, on checking in the staff initially told us they didn't have our booking. Having established they did, we arrived later for our meal, only to be told there was no room in the restaurant. We weren't the only people in this situation. We chose to have a drink in the bar while waiting for a table- others ate their restaurant meal in the bar.

Very well-located hotel where you can easily reach all the famous villages from here. Room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. And it's also more charming that the regular chain hotels you find nearby,

It's not as atmospheric as the chateau or B&B you can find nearby (e.g. Olivier Leflaive's hotel is a bit more charming and interesting). The wine at the restaurant/bar is very expensive and medicore (which is surprising for a hotel which is opened and owed by the Monegard family, I would imagine they can at least serve by the glass some of their more regular wines).

Everything was good about this hotel, its quality, its situation (not that far from the motorway but in a quiet location, right next to vineyards) but especially its friendly and helpful staff. The spa is excellent. Its restaurant was full the night I stayed, but right next door is a good restaurant called La Toute Petite Auberge. They kindly reserved a place for me there at my request.

They have just renovated the 1st floor into suites with terrace including an outdoor jacuzzi. Maybe this was just a one off but mine was full of flies and the sides of the jacuzzi didn’t seem to have been cleaned. It’s possibly because they are brand new, I don’t know. I didn’t therefore enjoy my dip. The next morning when informed the reception said the housekeeping would definitely look into this.

Beautiful, spacious room with very comfortable bed. Great spa facilities and a lovely garden. There was a selection of zink sculptures on display in the hotel and outside in the garden, which was lovely to see. The coffee and tea facilities in the room was great. In fact the selection of tea was so good that made checking the website for ordering the tea from UK. We had to leave at 8 AM to continue our journey back home, but felt well rested and are considering coming back again.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel, was because of the good review for their restaurant. Unfortunately, when we arrived the restaurants was fully booked, but the hotel offers room service and we ordered some of their selection of local cheeses and ham, which was gorgeous. They were garnished with lovely pickled onion and other herbs. Next time we visit, we will book the restaurant in advance.

The spa facilities and garden were lovely.

Outlook was onto road/ car park. Breakfast for price was a bit lacking (just continental) there was no offer of eggs, nice coffee or hot options. Although it did like some people may have had something… as we noticed different bowls not on display at buffet, we had no table waiter whilst there so hard to know if there was an option. Our spa session was also full of noisy splashy children so not as relaxing as expected. Perhaps adult only slots could be offered.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady on reception who was very informative of the area. They catered for our dogs with beds, dishes and treats. All the staff were very attentive and the food was exceptional. One of the chefs came out to speak to us. Whatever we asked for was provided by extremely pleasant and lovely staff. The SPA had everything you needed and the treatments were amazing. The hotel catered for all our needs. It is in a perfect location for the vineyards and in a very peaceful location

This is the fourth time we stayed in the last two years as its location works for our drive to/from from the Amsterdam ferry port\Eurotunnel to the French Alpes which tells you we like the hotel. This room was a little noisy (vehicle & train) as it was at the front of the hotel. The rooms overlooking the garden or side road don't have this problem. Anyone with an interest in premier burgundy wines, should fine it an ideal location for exploring the surrounding vineyards.

I was a bit disappointed with the dinner menus. If you choose an hotel surrounded by the vineyards of best wines in the world you expect to have the kind of food you can easily pair with them. Surprisingly dishes were hard to pair, probably because the restaurant was focused on international/modern cuisine? Last morning we had a bad experience with the waitress at breakfast. She was rude and bad mannered.

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are luxurious but not in an over the top way. The beds are comfortable. Everything is high quality and there is great attention to detail. The restaurant is very good with dishes that make the most of the fresh vegetables that are grown in the hotel garden. Breakfast buffet is varied and the ingredients are fresh. The staff are very courteous, professional and friendly.

Its position is fantastic and there has been real effort to make this property special from the pool to the restaurant. Helpful staff. We had ghastly weather when we stayed which is a pity because on a dry, sunny evening this place would be genuinely special.
