Great location and I recommend it to everyone, everything is close to you they offers parking lot and wifi And I want to thank the following workers in there “ Zura, Rostom Giga and Juba” thank you guys very much for your cooperation I will come back again whenever I come to georgia!

I liked everything

*Breathtaking view from the balcony and huge windows in the room *Massive balcony *clean rooms, sheets, towels etc *comfortable beds, pillows *Nice toiletries, tea, coffee *Welcoming and professional staff *Modern and stylish design *Properly working AC *24/7 store downstairs, nearby great restaurant Margaliti *calm neighbourhood *right on the boardwalk *close to the airport

Some minor minuses: *bathroom is very small *shower doesn’t have a curtain so the water spills all over without a possibility to clean it (only using towels) *had to ask for extra toilet paper because there was only one for 3 people *drilling noise upstairs during the day * Balcony door is a little bit broken so you need to use a lot of strength to close it

The location is great, just on the beach. Ease access to the bus stop. We had an upgrade to the room on the 13th floor with a kitchenette and washing machine. The staff is very helpful. A very pleasant balcony with great sea view. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would like to come again.

The waiting time for the elevator was long as most of the time, only one elevator out of two was working. A coffee machine is required in the breakfast as only hot water is available.

Nice view and location. Easy access to the beach. Good/new furniture. Free parking. Number of groceries and cafes next to the hotel.

During the booking process, it was stated that I can consider the breakfast and “Pay 25 GEL at the property for breakfast”. However, the breakfast price at the property was 40 GEL. Reception rejected the 25 GEL price and informed me that I supposed to pre-pay it via Booking and not at the property.

Amazing hotel staff they did everything to make our stay unforgettable.amazing view from room. Hotel is located on the first line of the sea.Room was perfectly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The apartment looks just the same as in the pictures! Beds are comfy and the balcony is super great. Good value for the money! Complimentary water every day was a nice thing. ☺️

Bathroom was a little small and the water from the shower got the floor all wet, because there is no curtain or anything. Also the water power is very low, but I guess it is normal in this country.

Space felt spacious view and location were amazing Aircon was good as it was really hot Laundry within building for a fee really great for messy beach wear - they deliver on completion direct to your room and it’s affordable

Bathroom really small and the soap dispenser broken Hot water cylinder within bathroom leaked on/ off and keeps wetting floor, we had 2 rooms and this was same problem in other unit Block out curtains should be a must as you awaken with sun streaming in very early in June

The view from terrace and lounge area was great The room felt spacious because of lounge

The bathroom was super tiny with geyser in bathroom that leaked intermittently wetting floor and having to make use of towels on floor, soap dispenser was broken and No place to store toiletries in bathroom, block out curtains necessary due to strong sunlight early morning and neon lights at night

The hotel is the perfect definition of hospitality in every single detail. From the reception who ensured our stay is perfect to the whole team who made our holiday in Batumi unforgettable. Definitely I will book this hotel again whenever I'm going to visit Batumi. Finally, reception team, were very cooperative and professional, I would like to thank all of them for the outstanding services and support. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
