The hotel is new and located near the old town 5 minutes walk to all attractions in the old town . The metro station is across the road which is very convenient.the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable .The breakfast was nice to start your day .If you would like a view you should book the rooms with town view .The reception was working 24 h and the staff was helpful .

great location- central and across the street there's a metro station connecting you to other parts of the city, very comfortable. The apartment was fully equipped- enough space for all 6 of us- full kitchen and a washing machine that was very important for us because we travelled light with no suitcases Clean and nice The staff was very helpful and kind- they helped us with making a reservation for a restaurant, we asked for extra towels and linens and immediately provided, they helped us with booking a taxi for the airport, always available and nice. The breakfast was enough for us- we eat little in the mirnings and sometimes not at all so it was sufficient- yogurts, cerials for children, vegetables, coffe and tea, juice, cheese- there waa enough veriaty for us

only one shower attached to the toilet- we were six with 3 teenaged girls so it was kind of tight in the mornings and in the showers time

Very cheap and located in heart of the city just opposite metro station and careefour and with in 10-15 minutes walk lot of good Indian restaurants The staff are very helpful and good especially Mr.George and they are not behind money they are behind service

Nearest to all important locations safe for family stay we stayed in Appartment type room and the stay was very comfortable and spacious my children enjoyed having cooking range ,washing machine and minimum items required to prepare food etc TV entertainment was good and all languages available

The location of the hotel is simply excellent! Metro and bus station, supermarket, change, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and bars, the old city - all within a 1-7 minute walk. The apartment we received was spacious and well equipped - refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, kettle - and basic kitchen utensils for several people. Relatively basic breakfast, with slight variety every morning. Everything is prepared on site and everything is fresh.

There is no air conditioning in the living room - only in the bedrooms. In the evening it's just not pleasant to be there - very hot. There is only one remote for both air-conditioners in the bedrooms. Whoever is cold/hot at night should go look for the remote in the other room. We asked for some extra towels - we wanted to go to a water park (where towels are not provided). We were told that it is impossible to give - there are not enough towels in the hotel. I have never encountered such a situation. Keep in mind that the hotel lobby is locked around 00:00. In general, there is a someone at the reception 24x7, but if the hotel door is locked and he/she goes to nap/smoke/toilet - you just wait outside until he/she comes back :( There is a coder outside - but the code was not provided :(

Clear rooms, staff was very nice, there was a problem with one socket, which has beed solved during the same day, when we told the staff about it. The hotel is near the center, about 20-30 minutes to walk.

It was a bit noisy in the mornings because of the street and when neighbors were back home we heard it every time. The sofa bed is not comfortable, but ok, and there is no door in the shower, so the floor is wet after you take it. Breakfasts for early birds) till 10am, we decided to sleep more, so cannot say something about the breakfast itself

1. The best part of my stay in Hotel Best Tbilisi was the support they gave me for sightseeing. Giorgi (tour guide) and Alex (Driving) gave us the best time by arranging vehicle for our three day sight seeing and being with us and explaining about all the places we travelled. Giorgi was the best support which i received in my trip to Georgia. In my next trip to Georgia.. I will certainly take Giorgi's help. 2. I had my family and mother along with me (mother was more than 75 years old). Giorgi and Alex was always considerate of this fact and supported us in all ways to make my family and mother comfortable. 3. They were with us like a family and also showed more locations than what was planned and agreed, when ever it was possible. 4. The location of Hotel Best is very good. Its at the center of Tbilisi and close to many important tourist spot (Narikala Fort, Mother of Georgia statue, Peace Bridge, Trinity Church(biggest church in Georgia), many more . Infact we did not had enough time to view all the places around Hotel Best - I will do that .. the next time i stay in Hote Best Tbilisi. 5. Breakfast at Hotel Best was very good and tasty.. We all loved it. 6. The staff was friendly.. 7. Rooms where very clean with fresh smell. 8. Money Exchanges were very close.. which helped to change USD to GEL with good rate.

The road infront of the Hotel need repair (Its a Government thing.. not something the hotel can fix)

The location is good. The hotel is near the Avlabari Station and walking distance from Europe Square and Ride Park. Supermarkets, Khinkali House and ATM, lots of money exchange centers are just nearby. The hotel building looks like it's recently renovated with the rooms and the walls and decor looking very clean and bathroom fittings new. We've stayed in 2 different apartments as a family with kids and both of apartments were very clean and looked new. Hot water in the shower was great. Great view from the balcony facing the Armenian Church. Balcony doors and windows were soundproof and street noise were very minimal even while staying in the 2nd floor apartment facing the main road. Felt welcome during check-in and hotel staff greeted us as soon as we got off the taxi and bags were brought inside. Slight issue during check-in but they apoligized sincerely and profusely and make it good and satisfactory. Hotel staff, specially George, at the front desk speaks English and friendly and the older gentleman was also very polite. Breakfast (in the basement level of the hotel), will feel limited in selection by some guests, but the food will fill you up. The lady at the breakfast kitchen kept refilling the food trays, so did not feel any shortage of breakfast. Overall, it felt like a nice cozy family-run hotel.

Clean and comfortable rooms exactly like advertised on photo. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, lady in the kitchen does her job perfectly. Very close to the city center. Near metro station and many restaurants around. Nice small hotel for couple nights.

My windows on the second floor were facing very loudly street near metro which exposed all room to strangers passing by limiting my privacy.

1. It’s located at the heart of the city and it’s easy to get around 2. We stayed in the family suite and it was beautiful and clean. The balconies were pretty great as one of them had an exquisite view. We had two bed rooms and three balconies with one bathroom. 3. They provided all the amenities which was efficient and good.

1. I do not recommend choosing the option with breakfast. To be honest, comparing to other hotels in Georgia, the breakfast options for the three days we were there were way below average. We could only have bread, jam and yogurt. Everything else was either too cold, too salty or bland. 2. Personal opinion was that one of the front staff was extremely rude, especially when we asked questions. This I felt affected our overall experience. The good rating I gave is merely for the rooms alone.

The hotel room and its facilities were good. The staff is hospitable. The room was clean and all the amenities were perfect. The shower room was nice. The Wi-Fi speed was OK. Breakfast was OK. The hotel is near the metro station (Avlabari) and in a few steps away from Europe Square, Bridge of Peace and the Tbilisi cable car. There are several shops and supermarkets nearby. Overall the hotel is fine for the short stay and good value for price.

The location was crowded and noisy. All the other aspects were good.
