This brand new hotel is in a nice district of Tbilisi. It is a good place to stay. I really like the roof top restaurant. It has the best view of Tbilisi you can imagine. Also the food is very good there.

Unfortunatly, the good breakfast is served in the basement, while the most beautiful roof top restaurant is closed till 17.00h. This would be the perfect breakfast location.

Accomodation: checked-in fast Breakfast: you will have a plenty of salads, sausages, croissants, khachapuri, veggies, etc. My wife very liked the cappucino! Staff: very kind and friendly guys! Location: Our plan was to be near to the House of Justice, cuz we arrived to get married (done ✅). The hotel is kinda near to the old city, but it will take some time to get there cuz of hills. p.s. There is a pool! Every time we were there, it felt like its a private 😅😅nobody was there but us

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel itself was very clean, and the room we stayed in was spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. Its location near the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi was perfect for exploring, as it was close to many key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. We were also pleasantly surprised when the hotel celebrated our wedding by sending us a bottle of champagne and chocolate. This thoughtful gesture brightened our day and gave us a lot of positive energy. The breakfast offered a comfortable and convenient time window, running from 8 AM to 11 AM. Additionally, the barista made excellent coffee every morning as part of the breakfast which rarely can be seen in any other hotel.

The variety of foods at breakfast could be improved, as there were limited options to choose from.

The hotel is beautifully designed, shiny, and new. The pool was nice and clean and not crowded. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and clean. The staff was caring and genuine. When I was not treated fairly by a Bolt driver one of the staff members really tried to help and was concerned. The restaurant bar on the roof also looks beautiful. We wanted to have a drink there our last night but were overtired. Next time! This is a real gem of a hotel at a fair price!

There were internet issues the last night which caused the TVs to have reception issues as they rely on the internet. But the service did come back after a time.

In general, everything was great. At the moment of arrival, we could not pay because we only had Dollars with us, but they said it's no problem, you can pay later. Although we changed the money that night and the payment was made. The location of the hotel was good and it is located at a height, and to access it, you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the hotel. The elevator had many movements that made you feel unsafe, although fortunately nothing bad happened and it was safe. It also had a nice terrace where you could enjoy the space of the room more. .

Unfortunately, the loud barking of the neighbors' dogs, which was in front of the hotel, was annoying at night, especially when you needed to rest after walking around and walking in the beautiful city of Tbilisi.

The hotel is well situated, close to the main attractions of the city. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. We really liked the design and the structure of the hotel.

For us it was not a problem, but in case if you have some difficulties doing “short cardio” activities, you might need to call a taxi in order to return to the hotel, since it’s on a small hill. But as we like walking for us it was not an issue! We asked for a room with a view, since we booked a room with a balcony, but our room was on the second floor, so we didn’t get the view we hoped of getting after looking the photos of the booking.com

The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are amazing and very clean with great amenities inside the room. The staff at the reception and housekeeping were really helpful and friendly. The owner was super friendly and offered us coffee after checkout and was willing to help us with the luggages. I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel did not state on booking.com what type of balcony view we will get. Hence, we ended up with a street view. It wasn't what we were hoping for. We made our booking after seeing the stunning view pictures on Booking.com. The hotel should provide clearer information about the room views to travelers.

First of all hotel is newly rebuild / rehabilitated. my room was exceptionally nice having excellent view. Hotel has amazingly nice swimming pool. very clean , comfortable. All the amenities are carefully chosen and offered in very pleasant way. Hotel staff is very professional , very kind and gives positive during entire stay. Food was very well served. very clean and delicious. amazingly nice hotel. next time i am in Tbilisi i know where to stay. No other choice than IRIS hotel in Tbilisi . Highly reccomend to all business and tourist visitors of Tbilisi .

Wonderful hotel, walking distance from the city center. Clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. We stayed in a family room and loved the big balcony and the view. The hotel is located on a quiet street. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You can feel Georgian hospitality at breakfast with everyone going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. A clean indoor pool is a bonus. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant in the evening. It has an interesting twist to traditional Georgian cuisine. It is reasonably priced, considering that it's a chef restaurant.
