The room was large enough for my family of 3 that were all adults. The air conditioning was effective and silent, which meant that we awoke refreshed and relaxed. A very nice rooftop terrace is accessible from the 4th floor with a very nice view of the surrounding part of the city including the funicular. Of the 3 days that we stayed, breakfast on the first two days was very good with a good choice of hot and cold items. However on the last day, only scrambled eggs and sausages were available as warm dishes, as well as some of the fruit items, were also missing. The breakfast timing of 9 am to 11 am was inconvenient when planning daily activities, especially during summer. The staff serving breakfast were very courteous and kept pace with the diners by promptly refilling and cleaning up.

Breakfast timings led to later departures in the hot sun and late arrival from the activities. Several design and maintenance issues in the room. The door latch was fitted in a way that allowed the door to be pushed open unless locked with the key which is different from all other hotel room doors I've seen before. Also, all the lights go off in the room when the key card is removed and therefore a torch was required to lock or unlock the door.

Great hotel to stay in Tbilisi. Located in Mtatsminda in 10 min walk from Liberty square where metro station and Gallery Mall are located. Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife in July 2022. Staff is very hospital and speaks English very well. Hotel has tasty breakfast on B2 floor and roof terrace with nice city view. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

They've changed bath soap too often, so I've got to open new one every day )))

I did not expect it to be SUPER clean and comfortable compairing to the amazing price. The bathroom is luxurious and the stuff are very friendly and helpful, they helped us on booking a taxi to the airport with a very low price..

The location is a bit not easy to reach and the rooms are not that much big, however that was nothing compairing to the strong and positive points I mentioned..

Best terrace in this city. We lived in very beautiful apartments. Hotel in Old Tbilisi in a historic building, completely remodeled inside.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, good bedding. I think they have taken guest feedback and improved- the breakfast started earlier (8:30) and seemed varied (though not typical Georgian foods), and they give a separate card for the electricity. The hotel is in a lovely old building, very clean, in a great neighborhood- charming, plenty of restaurants and sights nearby, hilly. The staff were helpful and all of them- the breakfast staff, housekeeping, reception- seem to care about doing a good job. The rooftop terrace has a great view over the city.

I kind of hated my room. It was in the basement, which wasn't so bad because it's on a hill so it had full windows, but the smoking terrace is right outside the room. I like to keep the curtains open for natural light and sometimes people were smoking right outside. Also the room was a bit stuffy and couldn't kitten windows and no aircon unit in room. On my last morning it rains and the breakfast room in the sub- basement flooded.

The hotel was beautiful the staff are helpful, the room was very clean and well put and the breakfast was decent enough. I stay for 5 days and my room was clean twice a good number of times for the number of days of my stay. They provided water which is essential, wifi is very fast. The neighborhood was quite and its a good amount of walk going to the center.

My room windows don't have curtains, but it wasn't really a negative thing but it would have been much wiser if it has a curtain so that there is an option to close them when wanted to stay in bed late.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, the staff is friendly. for breakfast, all dishes are fresh and tasty cooked. Location in the city center, the main attractions within walking distance. Restaurants, museum, funicular.

The room, the bathroom and the linens were very clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was very good. Very fresh fruits cut, nice cheese and very good coffee. All the messages sent through Booking app, no exception, were promptly answered by the staff. Bub

The curtains were not blackout and the sun rised just on my window.

The location is good, near the Freedom square but quite an uphill trip going back to the hotel. Not a problem if you are healthy, fit and not carrying heavy stuff.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the Mall (mind that the walk is uphill) a lot of restaurants and stores nearby the place is clean, good beds, staff is really nice

the wifi in the room was okay, but defined not enough for working online (especially zoom) few sweet options for breakfast (only cake, but it was delicious) the curtains are not blackout
