everything except at the gate when you arrive by car no body comes outside immediately to greet you and take your luggage or your shopping bags, we had to go inside and ask for someone to help us so many times. also they don't park your car through valet, we had to park our car by ourselves. reception team are fantastic, room is amazing, breakfast over the top, entrance is so beautiful.

Breakfast was good. Rooms spacious. Location close to amenities and main high street.

The cleaning pattern was sometimes inconsistent between the rooms. One day my room was cleaned and when i came back in the evening to my surprise there was no towel in the bathroom. I did inform the reception next day about this observation. The security staff at the hotel are not smiling. I have complained to the reception on an incident when one particular security guy came to us while our kids were quietly sitting on the floor of the seating area infront of the reception and told us they shouldn’t be on the floor!Just like that!For no reason! There is no sign saying kids shouldn’t sit on the floor! The shift lady manager came and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience which we appreciated.

Room was good, modern clean and decent size. Great view on top floor of the city. Great italian restaurant in the hotel - good quality at decent prices (for europe standards). Staff was pleasant overall Location is convenient, easy to grab taxi, still a 20min walk to center of old city though

Regarding the room, one very annoying point, the curtains are too small to cover the large windows (City view) and at night you have a lot of night coming from the City in the room. All night.

Location is great, and it’s a hotel that can arrange stuff for you on time. We asked for a car & driver to do a day tour outside of Tbilisi and they arranged it in 1h. Maria, our driver, was also excellent and very professional. Really liked the big room and the 24h room service. Cleaning was also excellent.

- Wifi was with no password and wasn’t working when sitting close to the windows. - TV had limited English options (mainly news) and no Eng movie channels. - While room was very big, we had a very small mirror located next to bathroom door and as a result it was hard to look on it. - If you don’t leave a deposit they lock your fridge. - Gym was very small and got very hot when 1 extra person was there. In the morning the sun hits it so you can’t use everything. Also it’s located on the top floor - I don’t love heights so found it bit scary.

I was on the 16th floor the view was exceptional, the location is immaculate and the cleanliness is on point.

I think its a culture thing but there staff is a tadd rude - probably because of the language barrier. Staff doesn't necessarily find alternatives to a an issue super square and not very flexible .

Everything was good , especially Staffs were Prefect , View of Room was fascinating, breakfast was with plenty of choices and has been served in Good times ( 7 till 11 am ) , Infiniti pool was perfect I think this is one of the best 5 stars hotel in Tbilisi , just the only thing: there is not a proper area at lobby for seating & Meeting although there is a Terrace cafe which hard to settle a meeting in winter time ( cafe has place at indoor and can be settle meeting there ) All in All can't give point less than 9.8/10

A good range of amenities both indoor and outdoor. The first floor restaurant/bar served as the breakfast area in the morning, coffee bar & balcony during the day and restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating in the evenings. It was very relaxing and welcoming regardless the time of day. There was also an Asian/fusion restaurant on the ground floor which also served coffee during the day. The top floor spa and pool was very useful for ease of access and offered a wide variety of facilities (dressing gown, slippers, lockers, relaxation room, sauna, wet room, etc.)

We didn't use the outdoor pool as unfortunately smoking was allowed in this area of the hotel and for some reason the smoke seemed to linger rather than be blown away. The smell of smoke hit you as soon as you walked into the pool area.

Good location, beautiful view from the room. Breakfast was good. Amenities are good.

I booked Premium room with high floor room. They gave me lower floor and I felt there was discrimination as it was booked thru 'Booking.com'. Later I discovered there were definitely vacant rooms they could have given us. I had specifically requested higher floor in my comments during the booking process. Booking.com should have a strong priority with these hotels and the Front desk staff should be made aware. Later they said that coming days we could change, but after unpacking, you cannot quickly shift.

The location which is excellent , the spacious rooms with beautiful view . The terrace at breakfast buffet and the excellent Filini restaurant. The pools and the magnificent view from the elevator.

The lack of concierge service Even though there is a desk assigned. The reception desk were great to help but at times u need to wait in line for all the check ins to ask a question or get a resto booked. Also the young men at the entrance door just stand outside and do not even open the door for frail elderly or ppl with cane . I assume saying welcome and greeting may be a cultural thing but they never greeted anyone. The other issues were guest related which has nothing to do with Radisson ie we saw a family in the indoor pool in their clothing ( kids and adults ). Perhaps some strict implementation of rules.

We stayed in the panoramic room which was excellent. The view over the river was lovely, with ample space in the room to relax. The location is good, gives you the chance to soak in the streets and surrounding areas as you walk to freedom square. We enjoyed staying slightly out of the busier areas.

I found the staff to be rude at times, rather unhelpful and generally disinterested. Which came as a shock to me considering that it is a 5 star hotel. I made a special request for a birthday cake to be delivered to our room the next morning which unfortunately went ignored. Quite disappointing. Comparing this stay to several other Radisson Blu experiences, I must admit it was disappointing, starting upon arrival in which our room was 45 minutes late for check in.
