A beautiful hotel, in a stunning setting.
The restaurant staff were not well trained. When we asked questions about the menu, they did not have any answers. When having dinner in the conservatories on the patio, it would be nice to be able to look over the lake. Now the bushes have grown too high.

Great area to rest, take a walk and take in nature. Spectacular view from bedroom widow of duck on the lake. Met lots of nice people and had interesting chats at the coffee machine in the foyer.
No other nearby amenities.

Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant and one of the best quality, healthy and extensive breakfasts I ever had in hotels (and I stayed in quite some hotels already). Certainly for this price. Beautiful environment for walking (also kids). You can also eat in outside verandas, which seems nice for couples, ... They also have 3 electric car chargers, but the Tesla supercharger is also only 10 minutes away (we passed it from Denmark on our way to the hotel). The lake seems nice for in the summer.

Excellent stay and very convenient just off the motorway. Lovely gardens and view overlooking the lake. Very good food though somewhat inattentive and inexperienced service at the table.

Amazing calm location and view. Nice renovated modern room. Good breakfast with home made impression.
Small bathroom, could have more space to place personal toilatries. No one in the reception at late evening/night.

We were not too impressed with the breakfast buffet. There was a lot to choose from, but not everything was to our taste.
We did not like the fact that the dinner menu was limited to the Portuguese specialities which in our view could have been a lot tastier. We therefore suggest that you add a traditional German/International menu.

Great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Staff was awesome.
Portuguese cuisine is not my favorite, but it was good for a couple of evenings.

The hotel had a great location. The house was pristine clean and tidy. The breakfast was spectacular and the breakfast staff lovely.
The receptionist wasn’t the friendliest, but it was ok.

Beautiful location near a lake, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet with a large variety. Even a great restaurant. Generally cozy atmosphere with comfortable beds. Ideal place to stay at when being in this part of Germany.
There is nothing to criticise.
