One of the best hotels in Germany. An icon with a unique location and stylish ambiance. Exceptional food, kids very welcome. Attention to detail. Simply grand.

Some flaws in servicing, especially restaurant service. Needs some attention to go from great to exceptional.

Location directly at sea, beachclub for hotelguests, white linnen tablecloths for breakfast, hotelroom which was exceptionally designed with eye for every detail, lovely bedlinnen, sushi bar, the regular bar etcetera.

If i had to think of one thing, the pool area was very large but not cosy. And the outdoor pool was heated too much. I prefer it a bit cooler. Oh. And I would suggest to offer some bites at the beachclub. There were none at all.

Great Venue

Bar and food extremely expensive. Much more expensive than similar five star hotels. Inner pool is extremely loud with children,  silent hours without children are not a respected. Pool area is very crowded and not well maintained. Silent rest rooms are not well ventilated, smells humid and mold

Extremely beautiful hotel on the seaside, luxurious and very nice food. Rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. Very nice inside and outside pool and spa facilities. 10/10. No negative remarks, we all felt like royalty.

Amazing property and grounds! A lot of history and the area is beautifull!

Rooms could have been cleaner and the airco didnt work that great.. for over 1k a night you should be able to expect things like that to work.

I really like the facilities. The breakfast is great. The spa is chilled.

More vegetarian options on the roomservice menu. Still a lot of meat. The parking space for 25€/day isn’t worth it - car is dirty after its parked under trees. You need to invest here.

Room is nice, but it felt a bit small. Nice views around. Great Spa and Fitness. Staff was incredibly helpful, including at breakfast.

Personally bed was very hard, and had problems. On the other hand, It is probably me that likes soft beds better. Food wise is pricey, but if you plan to stay in a hotel like this one, you must expect it. Unfortunately It was loud in the mornings and afternoons in front of the room. There is a playfield for kids. Also families brought loud small kids, including crying nonstop. This is not an issue from the Hotel, but these guests. I do recommend it for a weekend trip/ or short stay. it is nice to visit. Long stay, you may need to have an activities plan otherwise it gets boring.

Quite expensive!

We stayed on the ground floor, because we brought our dog. Hotel reservation staff allocated us one of the best rooms for dog owners. We have almost two years' old child and she was very mischievous. Though she was quite noisy at the restaurant, all staff were so kind and treated her as a "young lady", which made us very satisfactory. On top, the manager and other staff remember and told us that "your daughter was in the stroller last year, but she already run!" Remembering the repeater is one of the keys to make "fun" of the hotel!

None
