Back ground/ chill out music was missing in restaurants and pool areas No wifi in pool area Too busy in the pool area, full of creaming kids due to school holidays The „bar“ was not a bar and closed at 21hrs, therefore nobody used the same

Breakfast was excellent. We were travelling with young children and they were well catered for. Access to the spa from the hotel works well

When we booked the option of a family room using connecting doors was not made obvious. So we booked and extra room which was not needed and no refund was offered

Bed not so comfortable (too soft) Toilet paper in the bathroom is the cheapest you can ever use - felt like scrubing sandpaper to your skin We booked the dinner in advance (half-pension) and were given a table only after 20:00 (without being asked if we wanted to dine earlier). This made we starve through the day since the pool bar only has some standard German fast food (curry wurst and the likes).

We enjoyed the stay. There were not so many people in the swimming pool and sauna because we arrived on the Sunday evening. The parking has enough space and the restaurant was great.

Breakfast was exceptional. Sauna and spa facilities very good. The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and there was enclosed, secure storage for our bikes.

The coffee machines at breakfast dispensed instant coffee. Good instant coffee, but still. These days I think at least a machine that grinds beans directly should be a minimum. Better still a proper barista service. This would be more in keeping with the quality of the hotel.

Soa is lovely and staff are friendly. We loved the ground floor patio, it was great with dogs.

vegan breakfast options are very limited but I understand that it a personal preference.

The room was lovely. We took the junior suite and it was very spacious, clean and comfy. Beds are comfortable and the duvet is super fluffy. The room had everything we needed.

It’s a very “old school” German hotel. Service is not great. Especially the front desk. There was not enough room for all the hotel guests to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (super strange in my opinion) so we had to go to a greek restaurant near the hotel which was very good! (So ,lucky us) The spa is ok. Nothing special. If you’ve been to a few spas in Germany- this is not one of the most impressive ones... but clean and ok. Breakfast is rather basic.

Very nice and pleasant staff. Everyone was always ready to help with a smile on their face. Great spa and sauna resort included in the price.

Internet in our room did not work reliably. The staff confirmed there was issue with WiFi reception in some of the rooms. If you need internet on your room, make sure you ask for a room that has a good WiFi. We booked and paid a bit extra for a room with air conditioning. However, it was not possible to set it at temperatures below 20 degrees.
