Staff were very nice and helpful. The person who checked us in did not speak much English but still went out of her way to do her best to assist us, including translating information into English and printing it out for us. The room was large and well equipped. Wifi was good. The pool was nice and handy to have onsite. Unfortunately we missed out on trying out the salt room as we did not know we would have to book it or what time it was open for bookings. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice.

We are smokers and the only area set aside for smokers (we were not the only smokers staying at the time) was directly at the entrance to the hotel. We felt very awkward with non smoking guests having to walk past us to enter or exit the building, perhaps another smoking area could be used? We elected to have the dinner offered by the hotel on our second night - this was probably the most expensive hotel meal we had on our travels and was very disappointing, We both ordered the fish which was served swimming (excuse the pun) in a very watery sauce which turned the mashed potato side into mush and the whole thing was not pleasant to eat at all.

The breakfast was very good there was something for every one a large selection. the location was very good and a short walk to the spa and park , the pool was very nice clean and it seems in the day every one is in the spa so empty. underground parking was also very good

breakfast on morning my party was ask to move from there selected table I want there at the time as I would not have been so complaint. so my advise is better mark tables as reserved. to stop such issue.

Cozy and clean room. Bathrobe in the room. Small kitchen in the hall but no equipment to cook in. The staff was super friendly.

The mattrace and pillows were quite soft for us but hey, it majority of guest are old people then its fine. The breakfast buffay was not that huge - I expected a but more of the hot meal and some pancakes. Very few sweets.

The spa was small but clean and nice water. Also a good salt grotto. There is a small cooking area with fridge etc. so our food can be eaten

Swimming pool with hot water and the garden. Bathrobe in the room. Personnel great and helpful. Clean room with balcony.

Quiet location, very close to the center and thermals. Free parking in front of the hotel with possibility of underground parking for an extra fee. Also very good breakfast.

staff are lovely, quiet location, clean room, comfortable bed, feather duvet/pillow, breakfast is great also.
